Pei Shi Shengxue Granules Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Objective Observe the Pei shi Shengxue granules’ s clinical curative effects of the breast cancer combined with chemotherapy. Explore Pei shi Shengxue granules’ s efficacy and safety of breast cancer, to provide more evidence for the Pei shi Shengxue granules combined with chemotherapy of breast cancer in the clinical treatment.Method Collected 70 patients of breast cancer in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and the Breast department from the beginning of 2013 December to the end of 2014 December.Divided them into treatment group and control group according to the medical order, 35 patients in each group. At the chemotherapy cycle’s beginning, the treatment group was given the Pei shi Shengxue granules, the control group was given the Zhenqi Fuzheng granules. At the same time, two groups of patients were cured with energy.At the first day of chemotherapy, 15 g once, 2 times / day, take the medicine after meals in the morning and evening.Chemotherapy regimens all used CA(cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin) solution.Two cycles of chemotherapy was a course. Review the two groups of patients’ quality of life(Karnofsky), the score of the TCM(syndrome of Chinese medicine),blood routine, tumor marker(breast cancer) before and after the treatment to evaluate Pei shi Shengxue granules’ s clinical curative effect in the breast cancer.Results1. on patients’ quality of life, the control group was worser than the treatment group(P< 0.05), the difference was significant. Proved that Pei shi Shengxue granules can improve the patients’ quality of life, and the effect was better than the Zhenqi Fuzheng granules.2. on patients’ score of the syndrome of Chinese medicine, the control group was worser than the treatment group(P < 0.05), the difference was significant. Proved that Pei shi Shengxue granules can relieve the patient’s symptoms in TCM, and the effect was better than the Zhenqi Fuzheng granules.3. According to the routine of blood’s results(RBC、HCG、PLT), P < 0.05, proved that Pei shi Shengxue granules reduced the effect of bone marrow suppression better than the Zhenqi Fuzheng granules.4. In term of reducing tumor marker’s value of CA-153 and CEA, the control groupwas worser than the treatment group(P < 0.05). Proved that Pei shi Shengxue granules inhibited the growth of tumor better than the Zhenqi Fuzheng granules.5. By comparing the two groups’ urine routine, dung conventional, troponin,liver(AST,ALT, r-GT) and kidney(BUN, Cr)function, concluded that the differences between them is little. Confirmed the two kinds of Chinese medicine were safe to the human bodies.Conclution The Pei shi Shengxue granules can improve the quality of survival of patients with breast cancer and can relieve the patient’s symptoms in TCM.It can reduced patients of breast cancer’s suppression on the bone marrow, can effectively reduce the value of the CA-153 and CEA of the patients. Pei shi Shengxue granules also can improve the body’s anti-tumor clinical curative effect and almost had no injuries to the urine routine, dung conventional, ECG, pulse, heart rate,liver and kidney ’s function. Pei shi Shengxue granules combined chemotherapy was one of the effective methods to cure the patients of the breast cancer.
