Clinical Study With Method Of Qing Gan Xie Xin And Zi Yin Run Zao In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Xin Gan Yu Re Syndrome

In this paper, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes are randomly divided into four groups with 25 patients each. They are with methods of QGXX ZYRZ (1 group) QGXX (2 group), ZYRZ (3 group) and Diamicron (4 group). Pre- and Post-treatment for 4 weeks, Diamicron is received by 100 patients . these four groups have been assigned to treating with methods of Qing Gan Xie Xin(method A) Zi Ying Run Zao(method B) and Qing Gan Xie Xin Zi Ying Run Zao(method A+ B). The results showed:(1) Four groups can reduce blood sugar ,but 1 2, 3 groups' affection are more significant especially the first group.(2) In 1, 2, 3 groups , the IAI is significantly increased (P<0.01), but the QGXX ZYRZ group is more significant (P<0.001).the fourth group has not the effect (P>0.05), showing more significant than single Diamicrom.(3) The first group could regulate the abnormality of blood lipid and possessed the actions on declining the level of TC and the level of TG, showing significant superiority to the other groups(P<0.01).(4) The total effective rate of reducing blood sugar in QGXX ZYRZ group is 92%, which is equivalent to levels in the other groups (P>0.1), but In QGXX ZYRZ group the total effective and significant rates of releasing syndrome inTCM are 92% and 76%, Which are better than other groups (P<0.05).(5) Both A and B methods can reduce blood sugar (P<0.05) and have the mutual effect (P<0.05) when they are used together.(6) Both methods have significantly increased the IAI (P<0.005) and have the mutual effect (P<0.005) when they are used together.(7) On regulating the abnormality of blood lipid, Both methods have not the mutual effect.It suggests that the treatment of QGXX ZYRZ method might decrease insulin peripheral resistance and reduce blood sugar by means of reducing hyperinsulinemia and improving insulin sensitivity.
