Clinical Study Of Reatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus By The Method Of Supplementing The Qi, Nourishing Yin And Promoting Blood Circulation

In this paper, the knowledge and the development on the diabetes mellitus of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM) are all discussed. It was put forward the most important factor in the type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is Qi-Yin Deficiency, blood-phlegm stasis , so the T2DM should be treated with supplementing the Qi , nourishing Yin and Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis , and Xiaoke Yihao was founded on that basis . After research the process of cure 90 patients , it shows that the total disease effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (95.0%) compared with that in control group(63.3%, P <0.05), it was discovered Xiaoke Yihao has the function of supplementing the Qiand nourishing Yin, Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, so it can decrease the blood glucose, lipids and viscosity and relieve the clinical symptoms, there is no bad case and accident related to the Xiaoke Yihao was found during the process. So the Xiaoke Yihao is safe to use. We can draw a conclusion that supplementing the Qi , nourishing Yin and Promoting blood circulation therapeutic principle can alleviate clinical symptoms of T2DM, and Xiaoke Yihao is worth to be study thorough and spread widely.
