| Liver fibrosis is a pathological peroid from chronic hepatic disease by various causes to hepatocirrhosis.This phase is considered reversible process at present,but there is no very effective method to treat. Liver fibrosis always are studied from index of laboratory and efficiency about treatment of traditional Chinese medicine; But it was less studied about Association of liver febrosis with obstruction of the liver blood in old days.This thesis is a summary ,which was based on a great deal of literatures, studying on recent development of liver fibrosis in traditional Chines medicine and western medicine.Some documents were collected about causa morbi, pathology,special diagnosis,treatments of liver fibrosis and one main standpoint was proved that deficiency of zheng qi and obstruction of the liver blood was the leading pathogenesis of liver fibrosis in the paper.A few therapeueical tenets were established basing on differentistion of symptoms and signs of liver fibrosis,among which supplementing zheng qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the most important oneJn clinical observation, 61 patients were divided into two groups , the result showed that the clinical symptoms were improved effectively and serological indexes were decreased significantly,and revealed the therapy has remarkable effectiveness on reinforcing body resistance and promoting blood circulation too.
