The Clinical Investigation Of Treating Oral Lichen Ruber Planus (OPL) With Combination Of TCM And Western Medicine

Objective: To observe effect and ill effect to treat Oral Lichen Planus with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine, and to try to find out the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine to OLP. Method: 90 patiens of erosion form with OLP were devided by 3 groups. Every group was going to be treated with different methods . the traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and combination of TCM and Western Medicine. Observee iu effect immune marker and the content of urine 17-OHCS.Result: The percentag of T3 T4 and T4/T8 of patiens who were not treated are notable lower than that of health people(p<0.01).Immunoglobulin has no significant difference than of health people(p<0.05). The percentag of T3 T4 and T4/T8 of the patiens who had been treated with the TCM or combination of TCM and Western Medicine have notable rise(P<0.01). Immunoglobulin doesn' t change. The T cells subgroup and Immunoglobulin and urine 17-OHCS of the patiens who were treated with western medicine.Don't change Conclusion: It cue that T lymphocyte function of the OLP patien is weaken and T cells subgroup of them is dysequilibrium and Immunoglobulin of them is common. The traditional Chinese medicine may accommodate patien' s body immune, and make it equilibratable. The group of combination of TCM and Western Medicine is the best. To cure at local with Acetic acid Triamcinolone Acetonide don't effect immunity status and adrenal cortex of the patiens.
