Objective: To study the values of MRI and SPECT in avascular necrosis of Ifae hemoral head at eariy stage, and compare the diflerentsensitity.Materials and Methods: 100 cases (200hips) who have accepted hormnonotherapy because of different causes(amoog than , 30cases with nheumatoid disease, 20cases wifli renal albgraft, 17cases with systemic bmpus erythematosis, IScases with multiple artertis, 14cases with dennatotnyositis, 4cases with hip traumatics) were collected, each of them were examined by SPECT and MRI an different intervalResults: At different stage of disease, different numbers of ANFH wer detected on MR and on SPECT. One mongh: 5 hqx showed abnomal on SPECT and none on MR; three montk 6 hips demonstrate abnomal on SPECT on 15 on MR; six month: 12 hips exhibited abnomal on SPECT and 30 hips on MR^wdve month: 30 hips revealed abnomal on SPECT and 47hips on MR.ConduskMi: At different stage of disease, the sensitivity ofMR and SPECTarevariouse. MRI and SPEC! have Iheir own advantages in diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head at eariy stage .we suggest that the subdinical Asymptomatic cases, bom studies are needed to detect subcliical ANFH. This may be implant if treatment of subchnical disease is dearly shown to prevent progression to symptomatic ANFElfadiagmosisingtimimaticAMiSFECT is more sensitive thanMRLName: Ye-ying Tan (Imaging Medicine)Directed by: AiCteXu...
