We draw some concIusions'While the pathologic diagnoses is chrOnic suPerficialgastritis, the TCM differentiatng is alWays discomPatenof liver and spleen or rotelltion of damP-heat in thespleen, but there is no obvious difference betWeenthem: While the pathologic diagnoses is chrOnic atrophicgastritis, the TCM differentiating is alWays deficiency ofthe sPleen-qi; the retenton of damP-heat in the spleen hasclose relation tO infection of HelicOtactor Pylori andilltestinal metaPlasia; the pathologic change of intestinalmetaPlasia has no special relation to any of the TCMdifferentating. Because the are so feW patents ofdeficiency of the stomach-yin and blood Stasis of stomach-- l --superficial venues that we couldn抰 draw any conclusion about them, but we can see that the pathologic diagnoses of deficiency of the stomach-yin is often more serious the others.
