| Sophora moorcroftiana is endemic species to the xizang plateau, with the characteristic of drought resistance, tolerance to barren, tolerance sand burying, etc.It also is the constructive species in middle Yarlung Zangbo River of arid, semi-arid valley sandy land.In order to provide drought resistance seedlings for the ecological restoration of sandy valley, this paper makes a primary exploration on germination characteristics of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds, seedling growth rhythm and technology of drought resistance seeding. The results are as follows:The studies on germination characteristics of Sophora moorcroftiana suggest that: mechanical friction treatment, soaking with concentrated acid for 10min,soaking with 70℃hot water for 24h and so on can improve the germination rate and germination energy,and the effect is quite apparent. Among them, the best way is deal with mechanical friction. The germination rate is 83.33%, and 104.7% is increased compared to the control.The studies on the seedling growth rhythm of annual sowing seeds suggest that:the observation data from annual sowing seeds of Sophora moorcroftiana are fitted by the Logistic equation.It shows that height growth and main root growth are consistent with "S"-type curve. After sowing 5 days Sophora moorcroftiana seeds radical breaks through the seed coat and grews out of main root, after 14 days breaks through soil surface ,after 20 days the high growth has to reach 0.3cm, enter the initial stage of growth.Because of the special climate conditions in Lhasa, the initial stage of growth continues for 10 days, and then enter the fast-growing period,the entire fast-growing period continues for more than 60 days, and then into the late growth stage.It does not growing nearly Oct. 17. After they stop growing above ground and underground biomass were measured, It was concluded that the root to shoot ratio of annual sowing Sophora moorcroftiana seeds is about 3:1.Different conditions of water control in Sophora moorcroftiana growth study shows that: the growth of new branches aboveground,ground diameter,the number of new roots,new root length and root-shoot ratio increased with soil moisture increasing.They reached the maximum value at the same time when the soil moisture content is 65±1% saturated water content. It shows it can be very significant in promoting the growth of Sophora moorcroftiana that the soil moisture content is 65±1% saturated water content.The effect of in natural drought stress spraying the new plant protection agents on Sophora moorcroftiana shows that:the treatments that diluted 200 times and 400 times new plant protection agents were sprayed can delay the degradation of chlorophyll, but the effect is not obvious.Watering again, chlorophyll content of these treatments decreased compared to the control which sprayed diluted 600 times new plant protection agent.These treatments that 200 times, 400 times and 600 times diluted solution of new plant protection agents sprayed on Sophora moorcroftiana,can reduce the accumulation of proline in leaves, relative to the control.Especially, the effect of 400-fold dilution is most obvious,it shows that 400 times diluted new plant protection agents could enhance the drought resistance of plant. |
