Sophora moorcroftiana is a perennial legume shrubs, mainly located in the middle reaches of the Brahmaputra, is endemic in Tibet. With strong drought resistance, barren, cold resistance and anti-sand and other ecological functions. In this paper, Shannan transplanting wild seedlings, seedlings of wild and artificial Nyingchi seedling materials for the trial to determine the suitability of water under the conditions of water-retention capacity of leaves, leaf water loss and natural saturation of net photosynthetic rate; and Shannan Prefecture, the city of Shigatse and Lhasa, seedling for the test materials, selection of potted plants set up the Water Law Control of soil moisture levels of four kinds: in water the first 8d, 16d, and after rehydration 3d (Article 19d), and suitable water. In this study, by measuring different Sophora moorcroftiana seedling germination rate, chlorophyll, leaf water retention capacity, the natural leaf water saturation deficit, malondialdehyde, an acid proline, membrane permeability, determination of net photosynthetic rate, a more systematic study of the Sophora moorcroftiana planting seedlings of different drought-resistant characteristics, and preliminary study of its drought resistance evaluation. The main findings are as follows:1) Sophora moorcroftiana seed resulted in airtight, waterproof factor is actually a seed coat, pierce the seed coat or truncated part of seed coat, using emery cloth so that seed coat Pilling friction, can solve the seed coat airtight, waterproof, etc., which three kinds of methods can make the seed germination rate reached 80%.
