Analysis On Frosts Resource Development And Ecology Environment Transfer Process Of History In Changbai Mountain Region In Qing Dynasty And Old China

The Changbai Mountain region is one of the regions that own the richest forest reserves, It had kept stable ecology balance for a long time, it provided important basic condition for human beings in historical development and production. This article discusses the process, characteristics, causes of the forest resource development and production of human beings in Changbai Mountain Region during Qing dynasty. In this period, land development mainly happened in the Yalu river valley and the Changbai Mountain region, only a little land was developed in Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province, representing a scene of desolation in vast undeveloped interior area in northeast China region. After Qing government abolished an immigration ban, large scale earth and forests was cultivated in Fengtian, Jilin and Heilongjiang, The forest development in Changbai Mountain region is the most obvious. One after another the forest resource and earth development at a high speed rarely seen before. The authors further analyses the main factors which had influenced forests use and change in this area, and find that huge population pressure in central part of China, successive famines and land policy change of Qing government are the three major reasons that caused the large scale immigration and high speed forests ecology environment development in Changbai Mountain region during Qing dynasty, particularly in the late period of Qing Dynasty.Under the rules of the early Qing Dynasty, the Chinese enjoyed one of the most peaceful, prospectus and stable periods in the history up to then, thanks to the enlightened governance of the emperors and their efforts to develop agricultural production and reducing farmers'burdens. In the middle of Qing Dynasty, China's population increased rapidly, the population is large and many of them flow into northeast China such as Changbai Mountain region for earth and forests development, resulting in serious social problems. The Qing government and later Chinese government didn't protect the ecology environment, taking measures no more than "lifting bans", "relieving refugees", and "promoting cultivations". Deforestation and charcoal production at the time were very common throughout the country, bringing about the most large-scale ecological devastation. The Chinese government have started to save the ecological environment. The article analyzes and discusses the reasons, processes and consequences of the disaster.However, since the end of Qing dynasty, with the integrated development of northeast China, especially the rising of recent forest industry, a large amount of timber and forests was cut off. Russia and Japan imperialism also seized the opportunity to plunder the forest reserves of northeast China. The denudation destroyed the forest reserves of northeast China, and made the region pay heavy ecology and environmental cost. Early in the old China, there were military war inside and imperialism flowing, the human's production surpassed endurance of forests resource. Especially the coming of immerge in central China, the forests resources were heavily destroyed and the ecology environment was obviously changed. The humans being can't recognize value of ecology environment and take protecting measures to solve the problem at all. We should take in the lessons in history and lay emphases on the protection of ecology environment.During the period of war anti-Japanese, northeast China was ruled and invaded in economics for the need of invasion war by the Japanese imperialisms. The forests resources were heavily destroyed, the nature environment and ecology were obviously destroyed. Japanese invasion is major factor of nature environment's getting worse. it led to ecology destroying in Changbai mountain. We should remember nation and people's disaster, try best to solve the ecology problem.This article analyzed ecology environment in Changbai Mountain, analyzed its changed reason, course and impact so as to incur the concern. The patterns and changing of the Changbai Mountain forest affected by human'historical activities were mainly explored in this article in this period. The impact of human activities on Changbai Mountain forest ecosystem services include positive effects and negative effects, they were expatiated in the article. The positive effects include rise of protection of wildlife resources, forests resource and natural landscape by human beings thanks to environmental transforming, and so on. The negative effects contain that human's lives are threaten by environmental worse situation. It is hoped that can direct the human activities on forests resources development and promote persistence of the Changbai Mountain forest ecosystem, prospective and persistent stabe situation of state society.The strategy and suggestion of recovering ecology environment:while exploiting the forests resources with consider, we should keep the balance and stable of ecology environment and recover the destroyed natural ecology, let it play a prompt role for human being's production and development.
