Wheel combined harvester CFJ30 si a mechanical equipment used to harvest planted forest. Poor stability of the whole machine affects the job security directly, which is due to its own special structure and poor working conditions.This paper combined and analyzed the development of the world's developed countries' forestry machines and their applications. Classified the combined harvesters and defined the range of CFJ30, basing on which the evaluation system for the stability of CFJ30 was proposed, which served the further study. This paper proposed a stability evaluation method for wheel combined harvester basing on the relevant analysis and finished the stability evoluation for CFJ30. Studying the effect on the stability of the vehicle of the centroid position and dynamic moment of inertia was accomplished.Feature vector method was used to analysis the static stability of wheel combined harvester CFJ30, from which obtained the static instability of slope angle and azimuth of the function and the static stability in the region. Based on multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS co-wheeled combined harvester CFJ30 on the dynamic stability of the simulation, which verified the theoretical analysis of the stability CFJ30 and obtained the work capability of CFJ30.Further specific measures were proposed to improve the stability of CFJ30, such as adding balance weight and alarm device. |
