Studies On Rapidly Multiplying Propagule Via Tissue Culture And Gardening Application Of Potentilla Anserina

On the reports of morphology characteristic, living habits, growing property of potentilla anserina from the formers, the experiment is about the comparison of formal reduction technology, vegetative propagation technique, planting density, stress resistance, garden application to supply reference for choosing the grass seed in the saline-alkali grand application of Daqing to study and exploit plant growing on the grand which is to be research basis of develop and apply the good plant. The main results of the experiment are as follows:(1)Tissue cultivating research: We can achieve the goal of rapid reduction by means of guiding hurt tissue using the stem as explants. The best cultivating prescription of inducing callus is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L-1+2,4-D0.5mg/L-1 and increase little gibberellin; the best cultivating prescription of subculture multiplication is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L-1+2,4-D0.5mg/L-1+FeNaEDTA50mg/L-1 + inositol 100mg/L-1; the best cultivating prescription of guiding adventitious root is MS+1.0NAA+FeNaEDTA50mg/L-1 +inositol 100mg/L-1.(2)Planting density research: the research of planting density of potentilla anserina shows that the best planting spacing is 30cm×30cm which is good for the potentilla anserina reduction and growing and the time of forming lawn is the shortest and the green time is the longest. After statistics we planted 481 potentilla anserina and 466 potentilla anserina are alive, the ratio of living is 96.8%.(3)stress resistance research: It prove that potentilla anserina have strong ability of drought-resistance, flood-resistance, adapting living condition and enduring being tramped.(4) Garden application research: the steam on the grand of potentilla anserina is purplish red, the leaf is emerald green. It is worth of being appreciated. In the meanwhile it can store water, check winds and control sand. So it can be widely used in the garden.
