Studies On Laparoscopic Intrauterine Insemination Of Sika Deer

Pregnancy rate of artificial insemination of Sika Deer is low, especially for frozen semen. The method of intrauterine insemination (i.e. laparoscopic intrauterine insemination) can improve artificial insemination efficiency. In this study, the mode, time, site, effective spermatozoa of intrauterine insemination were ascertained, and insemination technique has been ameliorated so as to be generalized during the production.In addition to different stabilization method,and pregnancy rate and utilization efficiency of three methods of insemination also have been compared. The experiment have done in Tieli ,Sunwu and Mishan .The result show that :1. The pregnancy rate of fresh semen for sika of intrauterine insemination is 86.67%, is significantly higher than inside Cervicalos (p<0.01);the pregnancy of frozen semen is 85.71%, is significantly higher than inside Cervicalos(p<0.01).2. Intrauterine insemination time are different. Sika of estrus induction is inseminated after 48 hours to 54 hours of oestrus. Pregnancy rate are 80% and 91.43%.3. Insemination effective spermatozoa must more than 8 millions, so pregnancy rate could be more 90%. The utilization efficiency of semen is significantly higher than method that inside Cervicalos(p<0.05).4. The self-made device can satisfied the requirement of reproduction same as operation carriage. Intrauterine insemination is better for generalization, compared with Cervicalos insemination, for pregnancy rate, utilization efficiency of semen, cost and so on .
