| Experiment was conducted for two years (2007 and 2008) to study the effects of of different organic manures Properties of soil grown tobacco corp after rape and quality of tobacco with K326 in baofeng. The treatments respectively were: T1 (CK): organic manure was not applied; T2: application of sesame cake fertilizer; T3: application of humic acid; T4: combined application sesame cake fertilizer with humic acid; T5: application of amio acids . The results indicated that:1.Applying different kinds of organic manures could increase the content of organic matter ,available phosphorus,available potassium in different degree.Then it can increase the supply of N,P,K in soil,improve soil fertility. organic manures could improve the quantities of soil microorganism including fungus,bacteria and actinonycetes, sucrase,Urease and Catalase activity.Among the 4 treatments by using organic manures,T4 treatment is the best, the second is T5.2. Application of Organic Manures could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco plant,the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b of the five treatments decreaed with the plants growing. Chlorophyll a/b of different treatments were diffenent. 45d after tobacco trantplanting ,the content ofβ-carotent were the highest ,then start to reduce.3. Organic Manures could organic manures could increase the content of total sugar K, while,decrease the concent of starch, nicotine, chlorine.It was the highest for the content of total sugar and K by using sesame cake fertilizer with humic acid,and it was significantly different .The correlated analysis indicate that the content of total sugar in the tobacco leaf had a signigicant positive correlation with the content of K in the tobacco leaf,while had a negative correlation with nition. The amount of malic acid was 38%~55%,the most of the ingredients .Followed by Oleic acid and linolenic acid content,then Oxalic acid, citric acid and linoleic acid,others are little .Looking from the total content of acids , the order of all the treatment from high to low is : T4>T5>T3>T2>T1. The difference between T3and T5 is not obvious .The concent of Malic acid by using sesame cake fertilizer with humic acid is the highest ,but the concent of Acid + linolenic acid by applying on organic manure is the highest.Aroma composition and content was affected by Organic Manures. In the 27 of the detected aroma compositions, 2-acepyrrol was detected only in the treatment T4.Appliation of Organic manures could increase the content of neophytadiene, furfural, furfurol,β-damascone, geranyl aceton, linalool,indole and farnesyl acetone. Looking from the total concent of aroma constituents, Organic manures could increase the concent of aroma constituents,and the treatment T4 by using sesame cake fertilizer with humic acid has the best work,the followed was the treatment T5. Inadication, Organic manures could increase the concent ofneophytadiene obviously. The content of treatment T4 is 1.03 times higher than the treatment T1,and the treatment T5 is higher 98% than T1.The trend neoph ytadi -ene is silmila with the trend of chlorophyll in flesh tobacco leaf.4.The content of soil orginic matter had a obvious negative correlation at 5% level with 16 acid, 6-Methyl-5-hepten-2cone, and had a significant negative correlation at 1% level with the content of 18 acid;However it had a significant positive correlation at 1% level with malic acid, citric acid and 14-Methyl-16 acid ,and had a significant positive correlation at 5% level with megastignone-1, ionones,2 hydrogen kiwi lactone,neophytadiene,solanone,solavetivone.Among that,it reached a significant positive at 90d after tobacco transplanting. The population of rhizosphere fungi had a obvice negative correlation at 5% level with Y - ketone acid, 16 acid, 18 acid, 6-Methyl-5-hepten-2cone, a significant positive correlation at 1% level with malic acid and citric acid, a significant positive correlation at 5% levelwith megastignone-1, 3-hydroxyl-β-dimascone,ionones,2 hydrogen kiwi lactone,neophytadiene, solanone,benzaldehyde,benzyl alcohol,solavetivone.The content of ionones and solanone reached a significant positive correlation at 1% level with at 90d after tobacco transplanting the population of rhizosphere fungi. |
