Quadratic regression orthogonal combing design with five factors was used to conduct effects of five trace element which were zinc, manganese, boron, copper, molybdenum on hay yield and nutrition quality in the trial. The cultural mathematical model was set up by computer. The relation between hay yield and conventional nutrient content and trace element content were analized by computer. The follpwing conclusions were thus obtained.1. Analysis of single factor indicate, copper has effects on the contents of crude protein, crude ash, NFE, boron; manganese has effects on hay yield and the contents of calcium, phosphorous, manganese; zinc has effects on the contents of calcium, phosphorous, zinc, boron; boron has effects on the contents of ADF, phosphorous, manganese, boron; molybdenum has effects on hay yield and the contents of crude ash, NFE, calcium, phosphorous, zinc, molybdenum.2. Analysis of interaction impact indicate, the interactions which have a notable impact on hay yield are zinc and copper, manganese and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of crude protein are manganese and copper, manganese and molybdenum, copper and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of crude ash are zinc and copper, zinc and boron, zinc and molybdenum, manganese and boron, manganese and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of ADF are copper and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of calcium are manganese and molybdenum, copper and boron; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of phosphorous are zinc and boron, manganese and copper; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of zinc are zinc and copper, manganese and copper, manganese and boron, copper and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of manganese are zinc and copper, zinc and molybdenum, manganese and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of boron are zinc and copper, zinc and boron, manganese and molybdenum, boron and molybdenum; the interactions which have a notable impact on the content of molybdenum are zinc and manganese, zinc and copper, manganese and copper, manganese and boron; the interactions don't have notable impact on the content of crudefat, NDF, NFE and copper. 3.The best measure which can get high yield and quality was ZnSO4.7H2O 2949.34g/667m2,MnSO4.H2O 409.74g/667m2,CuSO4.5H2O 650.22g/666.7m2, Na2B4O7.10H2O 7055.87g/666.7m2, (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O 64.41 g/667m2.
