In the experiment,400 49-week-old roman brown shell layers were randomly divided into four groups,Each group was assigned 5 replications and 20 layers per replication.groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere respectively added product of Ginkgo biloba probiotic,Ginkgo biloba symbiotic,Ginkgo biloba complex phosphoesterasum. The period was divided into two phases including 7 days of pre-experiment and 40 days of experiment. production performance, egg quality, fatty acids composition, nutrient retention, intestinal microglora were measured. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ginkgo biloba biological feed on production of layers, and the preliminary discussion to their mechanism was indicated. The results showed that:①Compared to the comparison group the soft and broken eggs groupⅠandⅡwere respectively significantly decreased 60.42% and 75% (P<0.05),The rate of producting eggs groupⅠandⅢremarkably reduced 4.58% and 5.56%(P<0.05),the feed-egg ratio groupⅢremarkably enhanced 10.80% (P<0.05).In the production performance is theⅡgroup best in every experimental group.②The egg water rate,egg-shaped index, the content of fat and protein in egg,egg shell, haugh unit were no significant difference in each group was observed(P>0.05). Compared to control group, groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲegg strength were improved 13.46%,13.65%,11.28%(P<0.05);The egg yolk colour were improved 12.22%,9.23%,10.10%(P<0.05);The egg yolk rate groupⅡremarkably enhanced 12.10% compared to the comparison group;groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲthe contents of cholesterol in egg yolk were lowered10.68%,11.15%,8.48%(P<0.05).③The palmitic acid in egg group II remarkably reduced 20.40% compared to the comparison group, the linoleic acid group II remarkably enhanced 31.57% compared to the comparison group. Compared to control group, groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲthe arachidonic acid were improved 43.56%(P<0.05),55.45%(P<0.05),10.89%(P>0.05);The saturated fatty acid in egg groupⅠandⅡwere lowerd 11.78%,16.75%(P<0.05) than the control group respectively. The total unsaturated fatty acids groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere improved 9.18%(P<0.05),12.88%(P<0.05),3.26%(P>0.05).The polyunsaturated fatty acid and proportion of w-6 group II were respectively significantly decreased 31.76%,33.68%(P<0.05).④Compared to control group, the total cholesterol were decreased, groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲrespectedly decreased23.32%,23.77%,18.39%(P<0.05);the triglyceride were lowered34.68%,38.15%,27.81%(P<0.05);the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were lowered 33.70%,36.41%,27.17%(P<0.01);No significant difference in glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, blood urea nitrogen,Ca and albumn was observed among the treatments(P>0.05),Compared with the control group, the concentration of secrum total protein were respectedly increased 22.45%,27.07%,18.89%(P<0.05);Globulin were respectedly increased 23.13%,27.65%, 17.67%(P<0.05);the concentration of secrum P were respectedly increased10.40%,13.86%,7.92%(P<0.05);the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were respectedly increased 33.33%(P<0.05),62.22%(P<0.05) and 26.67%(P>0.05).⑤Compared to control group, the apparent metabolic rate of dry matter and crude protein groupⅢwere respectedly decreased 10.92%,11.28% (P<0.05);The apparent metabolic rate of crude fat groupⅡwas decreased 7.65%(P<0.05);the apparent utilization of P groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere increased by 73.12%,90.98%, 71.26% (P<0.05); The apparent utilization of energy, crude ash content and Ca had no significant differences(P>0.05). ⑥The concentration of lactorbacilus groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere increased by 10.53%, 10.8%,5.73%(P<0.05);and Bifidobacterium were increased by 9.55%,11.60%,11.32% (P<0.05).and that of E.coli of laying hens were decreased by 4.37% (P<0.05), 6.21% (P<0.05),0.99%(P>0.05);The salmonella were decreased by 20.90% (P<0.01), 15.03% (P<0.05),11.23%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba biological feed used in layer culture was effective in reducing the cholesterol content of laying hens.It improved the color of egg yolk,as well as reduced cholesterol content in egg yolk, with Ginkgo biloba symbiotics group for the best.
