This paper study on the influencing factors of application rate, solubility and improved speed,according to the practical problem in the process of improved solonetz by desulfationg waste. The results showed that:(1) The desulfationg waste is proportional to the temperature, and inversely proportional with particle size of desulfationg waste. The desulfationg waste with the same particle size under the same temperature and same salt contents, the solubility of the desulfationg waste decreased with the increasing of salinity; and the desulfationg waste with the same particle size under the same temperature and the same total salinity, the solubility order of three types of salt contents as follow: Na2SO4+NaCl >Na2CO3+NaHCO3+Na2SO4+NaCl>Na2CO3+NaHCO3. The solubility decreased with the increasing of pH-value.(2) In the process of improved solonetz, the quantity of improver consumed by CO32- and HCO3- should be calculated when the contents of CO32- and HCO3- is up to 0.5cmol/kg; conversely,it can be neglected. The improve effect of soil pH which considering the consumption of soil exchangeable Na, CO32- and HCO3- contract with only considering the consumption of soil exchangeable Na is not obvious. In three types of salt contents, the improve effect of considering the consumption of soil exchangeable Na, CO32- and HCO3- is better than another treatment. The order of improve effect of soil exchangeable Na for three types of salt contents as follow: Na2SO4+NaCl >Na2CO3+NaHCO3+Na2SO4+NaCl>Na2CO3+NaHCO3. The order of improve effect of soil pH for three types of salt contents as follow: Na2SO4+NaCl>Na2CO3+NaHCO3> Na2CO3+NaHCO3+Na2SO4+NaCl.(3) The solubility time of desulfationg waste is related to water temperature, soil pH and soil salt content in the soil. When the soil salt content is 0.155g/kg in the same temperature, the time for desulfationg waste solubilize completely need 2 to 3 years. When the salt content catch 0.1% to 0.5%, the solubility time is proportional to the salt content; the solubility time of Na2CO3+NaHCO3 type need the longest time, and the solubility time of Na2SO4+NaCl type need the shortest time. Considering the influence of desulfationg waste on solubility, it is about 3 to 4 years for solubilize completely. The effect on solubility of desulfationg waste is related to soil pH.
