| The paper explored the influencing factors of compound amino acid preparation process on kitchen waste, and studied the method of extracting nicotine from discarded tobacco leaf. Then, we called the organic foliar fertilizer, which made from the compound amino acids in the kitchen waste and extraction nicotine from discarded tobacco leaf, as the new style of composite organic fertilizer.In order to study the effect of the new composite organic foliage fertilizer on Chinese cabbage seed germination percentage and germination index, this paper also made experiments by spraying new composite organic foliage fertilizer on vegetable pot and the tested field. The results were as follows:(1) By orthogonal experiments we found that, under the conditions of the acid was more than 4.5 ml/g,30% sulfuric acid concentration,85℃ hydrolysis temperature,8 hours’ hydrolysis time, the quantity of compound amino in kitchen waste was the highest, the highest yield was 14.41%, which could save energy and improve efficiency.(2) On the experiments of extracting nicotine in wasted tobacco material, it was better to use hydrochloric acid as leaching agent than hot water and the extraction time was 1.5h, under these circumstance,the extract of wasted tobacco leaf was the highest and the quality was 5.95g that increased 43.03% compared with the hot water extraction of 1.5h.(3) The effect of new composite organic foliage fertilizer on Chinese cabbage seed germination percentage and germination index.With a new type of composite organic foliage fertilizer on Chinese cabbage seed soaking seeds, compared with the control group (water), germination percentage and germination index were improved. Among them, the most significant difference was that the seeds germination rate was 87% and the germination index was 92.44% when used the 500 times diluted concentration of new organic foliage fertilizer to soak them. So new type of composite organic foliage fertilizer was benefit to promote the Chinese cabbage seed germination as well as improve seed germination rate and germination index.(4) The influence on the yield and nutritional quality of mustard by spraying the new type of composite organic foliage fertilizer on mustard.The pot experiment selected mustard seeds as a tested vegetable. The result of experiments was that the new types of organic foliage fertilizer could obviously promote the growth of leaf mustard, improve mustard yield and quality. On the experiment, each index, such as height, yield, Vc content and nitrate content of vegetable plant, was better than the control group when used 500 times diluted new composite organic foliage fertilizer to spay the plant twice. Through spraying 500 times diluted new type of composite organic foliage fertilizer twice, the height of mustard was 32.24 cm that increased 49.98% than before, the yield was 39.52 g increased 29.74%, the content of Vc was 483.33 mg/kg,increased 34.01%, nitrate content was 720.67 mg/kg, increased 23.74%.(5) The influence on the growth, quality and output value of water spinach and balsam pear by spraying on the new type of composite organic shape of foliar fertilization on them.The effect of planting water spinach in field showed that the new type composite organic foliage fertilizer could help to improve the height and yield of spraying water. By spraying the new type of composite organic foliage fertilizer that diluted 500 times twice, the plant height increased 30.51%, stem diameter increased 37.5%, the biomass increased by 20.41%, yield increased 27.57% than the control group.The balsam pears which sprayed the diluted 500 times new compound organic foliage fertilizer 2 times grew more prosperous, the leaf color was thick, flowering 1 day earlier and fruit 3 days earlier and extended 3 days,5 days respectively, the fruit had excellent quality that on average of 24 cm long, shoulder width was 6 cm, weight 335 g, compared with spraying the diluted 700 times new compound organic foliage twice the average increased 2.5 cm,0.4 cm,45 g respectively, production increased 11.45%.Spraying diluted 500 times the organic fertilizer 2 times on bitter melon wilt virus strain incidence was 2.7%,1.8% lower than in the control group, leaves downy mildew disease rate was 4.9%,2.7% lower than in the control group, so the new type of composite organic fertilizer could enhance the resistance of balsam pear, inhibition of root knot nematode disease occurred and reduce plant diseases and insect pests. |
