Summer cuttings sprout start time is about 12 days, and spring cutting budding start time is about 8 days, summer cuttage survival rate is slightly lower than that of the spring and summer the cutting depth need than spring about 10 cm deep, spring cuttage and summer cuttings on growth the next year also had no effect. Therefore, from time to time to consider, summer cutting more appropriate.3, LyciumbarbarumL. cuttings in construction waste mixed with soil cutting and the cutting survival rate in 10-40cm within the scope of with the cutting depth to increase the survival rate showed an upward trend, the cutting depth of 40-50cm survival rate were 100% and branches increased rough in spring cutting depth for 30-40cm, summer cutting depth for 35-45cm reached higher level, biomass, the second year of growth in experimental design depth (10-50cm) were and the cutting depth is related, therefore in the construction waste mixed with soil to deep in appropriate, the cutting depth can be deep in to 50cm even deeper.Cutting was better than the effect of cutting relative growth characteristics to different positions of 4, of different scion cutting results show that picking sites on Cuttage survival rate had no significant effect, but different mining strip parts cutting seedlings growth condition, the use of branches of the upper cutting, general reproductive growth is strong, will affect the vegetative growth, with branches section cutting, generally showing vegetative growth is strong, and lignification degree is not enough, the use of branches in the middle of the cuttings, reproductive growth and nutrition more balanced in picking is sufficient, the spring, the branches joggling in summer, the branches in the middle cutting effect is better.
