With the growing awareness of environmental protection, people are paying more attention to the issue of reuse of waste paper. At present, all countries in the world have made significant progress on the waste paper recycling technology. Because it is not only getting the materials easily and the processing simply, more importantly, but also saving resources and protecting the environment. And reuse of waste paper can be made good economic and social benefits.At present, the technology of China's waste paper recycling is single. It has been reused such as part of raw materials for paper-making, or manufactured of egg care, fruit care. In order to protect the ecological environment better, it is necessary to explore other ways in reusing of waste paper. It should be the avoidance of emissions, waste water, waste residue in researching re-use technology, such as waste paper deinking waste so as to reduce the pollution control costs and production costs.Waste paper is used again for the production of fertilizer and soil conditioning agents in this paper. Particularly reserching the fertilizer which is made from waste newspaper and good for plant growth produced by certain chemicals, and the determination of lead content of the soil and plants to determine whether the fertilizer has any harm for plants and the soil environment or not.Lead is more harmful to human health, it can accumulate in the body caused by lead poisoning. The role of lead poisoning is very slow and the hidden toxicity will be not easy to detected untill it has shown. Lead in the human body, mainly from food, but also through the respiratory tract in the form of smoke and dust into the human body.Vegetables in this experiment for the cultivation are spinach, cabbage, smelly and so on, the cultivation of spinach is as an example in this article, because of its short growth cycle, data is more detailed than the other vegetables, can be used as subjects for better observed . The cropping patterns is used in the way of indoor potted plants, regular watering, observing and determining to the growth of biomass in order to effective properly intuitive judgments for fertilizer. Through the observation of several growth cycle and research its determination of lead content, indicating that indeed such a fertilizer on plant growth can play a role in promoting the growth of plants and almost do not harm the to environment. And further more ,such fertilizer has a longer period of validity, and will not lapsed for place a long time. This piont also be proved in this experiment.The main components of the newspaper is cellulose. When newspapers and other materials joined into the soil, the moisture of the soil increased, physical conditions and the arable layer has been improved. Fertilizers are strengthened after adding the chemistry reagent, because some elements are good for growth. The fertilizers which are made from waste paper are mixed with the soil according to a certain proportion. Different proportion plays different role. Not the more fertilizers added into the soil, the better effect it is . A certain proportion exists. It is bad for plants when fertilizers are added into the soil beyond some proportion. In this experiment the different plants which are added into different proportion of fertilizers are observed in order to finding the best proportion . The best ratio of fertilizer added in for plant growth is per kg of soil mixed with about 3 grams of fertilizer .That is the best fertilizer dosage. At the same time a blank experiment which only added in the chemicals dealing with waste newspapers and without newspapers has been made.The growing plants have proved the method used in this experiment was the best fertilizer. The newspaper is printed, the lead content in this new fertilizer may affect the soil and plants in turn affect human health, so the lead content of the soil and plants which have been added in fertilizer was also needed to be measured and studied. The results showed that the lead content in the fertilizer is small, parts of the lend in the soil will be absorpted by soil and plants, the lead content measured in plants is less than 0.2mg/kg, up to the national standards for food contaminants limited.At last, we determine the lead content of each group plant that are added different fertilizers as well as find their laws. We analyze the lead content of waste newspapers fertilizer by this method. Waste newspaper was created to the fertilizer which conducives to plant growth by the way of chemical in this topic .Experimental research have been done in finding the best proportion and the effects of soil and plants. Not only opening new avenues to deal with waste newspaper, but also providing an economical and effective fertilizer for agriculture.
