The research which studied Bio-organic fertilizer on nutrient absorption and production quality of flue-cured tobacco provides a theoretical basis that was scientific using Bio-organic fertilizer for Heilongjiang flue-cured tobacco production. Test was performed in mudanjiang tobacco scientific research institute (Ning an) Heilongjiang province in 2013, the test set four treatments which were Tl,no fertilizer treatment (CK); T2,the local conventional fertilization treatment (flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer);T3,the organic fertilizer treatment;T4,the bio-organic fertilizer treatment. The results show that:1. Dry matter accumulation was no significant difference between T4 and control in 5 weeks, T4 increased 27.4%,26.2% and 19.4% respectily than T2 in 9,11 and 13 weeks after transplanting; T4 treatment in the root dry matter accumulation was higher 173.19%(T1),23.03%(T2)and 32.35%(T3) than the other three treatment in 9 weeks, Bio-organic fertilizer can promote growth development in early stage of flue-cured tobacco.2. Total nitrogen accumulated in all fertilization treatment were higher than control, and T4 was higher 115.15% and 48.14% than control and T3 treatment; nitrogen accumulaltion at root, stem, lower leaves, middle leaves, upper leaves were higher than T30.58%,5.45%,10.27%,55.53% and 67.77% respectively. T4 treatment was beneficial to improve nitrogen absorption in plant.3. Total nicotine accumulation in T4 treatment was highest, it was higher than the other three treatment as 67.38%(control),57.62%(T2) and 30.68%(T3); T4 treatment nicotine accumulation in root, stem, lower leaves, middle leaves, upper leaves were higher 17.37%,33.36%,40.74%,26.61% and 77.91% than T3.T4 treatment can increase nicotine accumulation in organs of plant.4. Total phosphorus accumulation in T4 treatment was higher than the other three as 74.43%(control), 31.43%(T2) and 35.83%(T3),compared with T39.48%,29.05%,56.04% and 84.81% phosphorus were increased at stem, lower leaves, upper leaves in T4 treatment; T4 treatment can enhance phosphorus accumulation in plant.5. Total potassium accumulation in all fertilizer treatments was higher than control,T4 treatment was higher than control 60.85%, then it was have significant difference.T4 can increase potassium amass.6. The yield, quality and superior tobacco leavs proportion in T4 treatment were higher than T3 Significantly, yeild enhancing 24.21%, output value increasing 21468.65 yuan.hm-2 and percentage of superior tobacco leavs proportion adding 6.28. Nitrogen, nicotine, protein at lower leaf in T4 treatment were higher than control 6.10%,53.93% and 49.97%, the total nitrogen and nicotine in middle leaf were higher than control 70.40% and 28.57%; The total nitrogen and nicotine in upper leaf were higher than control 61.34% and 29.89%.7. Comprehensive analysis think that Bio-organic fertilizer can promote nutrient absorption, increase yield and improve quality of tobacco leaves.
