With the people's living-standard improving, environmental agricultural products are needed urgently. The agricultural products are polluted by chemical pesticide and energy is short. Under this background, solar insecticidal lamp, which prevents pests with physical mechanism, is developed.Based on the application of the solar insectial fitting, the mechanism of the insecticidal fitting, charging and discharging controller, and inverter are researched in this dissertation. The main contents of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1) Interface for capacity design about photovoltaic(PV) elelctrity generating is designed with software Matlab. According to parameters of PV cells power, environment and battery, friendly interface is designed to avoid repeated calculation when design is needed to do again.(2) Based on features of electricity of PV cells, charging and discharging of battery, controller is designed. The charging mode of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) is adopted, and the controller possesses other functions of temperature compensation and protection for battery charge. Programs are compiled with modularization, which makes programs simple, and improves utilization ratio of code and operating speed of processor. The structure is convientent for error detection and development.(3) Adopting twice inverter technology of DC/DC,DC/AC, inverter is designed and inverters electric energy from DC of the PV battery and battery to AC for the light. Power supply quality is improved.(4) The appearance of the fitting is designed with the 3D software SolidWorks. The fitting is reasonable and has the value appreciation.(5) The functions and performances of the controller and inverter are verified by experimental resules.
