The solar energy has been widely applied, because it has the advantage of no pollution, no regional restrictions, rich in resources.In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, it is an irrigation method of energy saving and environmental protection to convert solar energy into electrical energy driving the pump work. The article designs a photovoltaic pump based on permanent magnet brushless dc motor control system. This design USES a brushless dc motor controller UCC3626, three pieces of IR2110driver chips and three-phase MOSFET inverter circuit constitute its control drive circuit. According to the transmission of water level sensor data, controlling the switch of the impedance transformation circuit transformation principle by single chip microcomputer. The main work for single chip microcomputer includes as the flowing:One is the maximum power point tracking algorithm is used to optimize the working efficiency of the solar panels; the second is through voltage detector device to test the solar panels, and receives the water tower water level of the transmission signal by computer control system after processing,(1) to ensure that when the pump power supply water electric valve "S" is preferred by solar panels "S1".(2) when insufficient light or sunlight water electric valve "S" normal family power "S2";(3) the water to set the parameter range when a water tower water electric valve "S" will not be issued instructions. Three is to ensure that the photovoltaic pump drive circuit of constant current output; Four is combined with stable controller for motor starting, normal operation of the pumps. |
