With the rapid development of electronic technology,Internet of things technology,big data technology and the advocacy of national green environmental protection policy,China will vigorously promote the green prevention and control technology of agricultural and forestry crop diseases and insect pests to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.The design of a physicochemical control technology of insect killing lamp,can effectively kill pests can remote monitoring intelligent solar insect killing lamp.This intelligent solar energy insect killing lamp can be used for long-distance and large-area measurement and control,and can carry out statistics and prediction on the species and quantity of pests.The intelligent solar energy insect killing lamp designed in this paper will have a broad application prospect.NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things)technology is the key technology to realize the remote interconnection in the Internet of everything.It is also a popular technology in current application research.It has the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost and wide coverage,and is a new long-distance communication technology.At present,the traditional physical insecticidal lamp technology has been relatively mature,all of which use the photochemotactic characteristics of pests to trap and kill.Although it can effectively kill pests,there is still no real-time understanding of the working state of the insecticidal lamp equipment.Traditional insecticidal lamp management and maintenance is time-consuming and laborious,and is not suitable for long-distance,large-area management and other defects.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing insect killing lamp,this paper designs an intelligent solar insect killing lamp system based on NB-IoT technology that can be remotely measured and controlled.The basic ideas of this paper are as follows:First of all,the remote measurement and control system of solar insecticide lamp is designed and created,which is composed of terminal layer,Internet of things transmission layer and application layer.The system hardware is STC15F2K60S2 microcontroller as the main control circuit(including A/D conversion circuit)processor.The peripheral circuit is mainly composed of solar panel voltage and current detection circuit,battery voltage and current detection circuit,insect lamp voltage and current detection circuit,NB-IoT module interface circuit,All kinds of sensor detection circuit(human body detection sensor detection circuit,temperature and humidity sensor detection circuit,rain sensor detection circuit,etc.),insecticidal lamp power switch circuit,voltage regulator power supply circuit,solar insecticidal lamp insecticidal counting circuit and other hardware circuit.Secondly,the software design of the terminal system of solar energy insect killing lamp is completed.Including the overall block diagram program design,solar panels,insect control lamp running state judgment program design,AD conversion subroutine design,battery charging control program design,night solar insect control lamp work control program design,temperature and humidity sensor data acquisition program design,solar insect control lamp counting program design.For client terminal program design,it is necessary to download an APP software and establish contact with cloud network platform through Co Ap protocol.By adjusting the cloud platform interface,data can be repeatedly written to the interface.Thirdly,a series of collected data is sent to the server through the NB-IoT technology.After a series of processing by the server,the real-time remote and largescale monitoring and control of the working state of the lamp equipment,and the statistics of the species and quantity of insecticides are realized.In this paper,holtWinter exponential smoothing method is used to calculate and predict the number of insects killed by the data sequence,which is convenient to excavate the rules and further improve the efficiency of killing insects.Finally,the trial operation and test of the system are carried out.The test data prove that the remote measurement and control system based on NB-iot technology works stably and reliably,has low power consumption and low cost,and can achieve a remote,large-area and comprehensive measurement and control system.The switch efficiency of the insecticidal lamp is improved by using the microwave switch which is cheap and available.This design innovation point: realize remote measurement and control,large area measurement and control,more comprehensive function,big data intelligent statistics and prediction of insect situation. |
