| Adjustable-speed operation of water pump units is very import for the operation of the pumping economical station.The three·phase induction motors are mostly widely used in the station.The status of the pumping station and jiaokou irrigated area are introduced outside and inside the country.The difference is pointed out.The problem is given during the development Of the irrigated area,which is that the station costs too much energy.Next the basic theory of the pump and electromotor are introduced.It is proved that the Variable-frequency adjustable—speed operation is the best way for energy-saving after compared with some other adjustable-speed methods.In recent years,a variable-speed pump and many constant—speed pumps are worked together in order to solve the water distribution and energy-saving in low—pressure pumping station.A classical station is chose from the reconstructive low-pressure pump stations.The tests were done locally and the data were analyzed carefully.It'S found that the operation satisfies the law of the square leads loads basically.After calculation.the parameters about energy-saving are founded.In order to improve the efficiency of three-phase asynchronous motors,the control model of U/f=const is used,which can save the energy.The vector control model should be considered in order to control it best.The methods of saving-energy in the units are carefully researched based on the true condition and problems,which appeared in the irrigated area using the inverter.Some suggestions are given in order to improve the management effectiveness and level.Finally the status of high-pressure inverter in the world is simply analyzed.The necessary and importance are validated that the high inverter should be built in the high pump station in the irrigated area from technology and economy.In order to adapt the new energy position and save the fund it'S suggested that the high-pressure inverter should be installed as soon as possible. |
