Recent years, Osier Industry as a better overall efficiency, has made rapid development in Shandong Anhui & Henan province, has gradually become a sunrise industry. Osier peeling is the most critical course of the harvest operation. However, at present, lacking of perfect peeling machine or the peeler equipment in use performs not efficiently, reliability. Lead to most of the osier peeling operation was finished by hand, it is a labour-intensive, time-consuming and hard operation. Osier peeling difficulty leads to, as constraints to promote osier planting extend and be short of osier weaving raw materials supply, also restrict osier industrial development.
