Eggplant is originated in Southeast Asia, India. Its cultivation in China has a long history. Eggplant likes warm climate, often hurt by the low temperature,that greatly reduced the output of eggplant. The low temperature has brought great difficulties to the cultivation and production of eggplant. At present ,countries have not yet launched a research dedicated to the protection of low-temperature-resistant varieties, Only in the cucumber, tomato, and other areas dedicated to the protection of some species introduction. At this stage, the protection of cultivation was mainly achieved by grafting, therefore, to come up with dedicated to the protection of eggplant varieties is imminently.Eggplant is a kind of regional plant. Some of China's scientific research institutes, universities and other research units have a lot of reports in low-temperature-resistant of vegetables, such as tomatoes, pepper, but the reports of eggplant is less, especially in the low-temperature-resistant. So, the low-temperature-resistant fruit setting research is of great importance to the low-temperature-resistant breeding, ecological breeding and protection of ecology .This dissertation draw on the low-temperature-resistant fructification strain and low-temperature-non-resistant fructification strain to measurate fructification behaviour,nutritional ingredient and hybridize . Main results showed as follows:1. The characteristic of low-temperature-resistant fruit setting eggplant has been affected by environment and heredity. On the low temperature ,the low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant has the well behaviour on fruit setting.2. The best temperature is 25℃to 30℃about germination percentage of farina. The lowest temperature is about 15℃and the highest temperature is about 35℃. In the same condition, the low-temperature-resistant fruit setting eggplant better than low-temperature- non-resistant fructification eggplant about the germination percentage of farina. 3. The low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant is lighter and smaller than the low-temperature- non -resistant fructification eggplant.4. Content of main components of non-structural-carbohydrare(NSC) decreased collectively but increased at anaphase in the fruit's growth. There has the obvious different between low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant and low-temperature -non-resistant fructification eggplant on the contents of soluble sugar,reduced sugar,dextrose,and dissolubility protein. And the contents on low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant more than contents on low-temperature-non-resistant fructification. That's show that low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant has accumulated more nutritive substance than low-temperature-non-resistant fructification eggplant on the period of ovary.5. The low-temperature-resistant fructification eggplant has more contents of IAA,ZR,IPA,ABA than the low-temperature-non-resistant fructification eggplant on the different parts. That's show that IAA,ZR,IPA,ABA have the important affect in the fruit's growth.
