In this study,three yam varieties with good growth and yield in Inner Mongol ia were selected.They are:Bikeqi yam,Hebeianpingbai yam and Dahechangyu yam.The endogenous hormone contents of three varieties were determined,and some m orphological and physiological indexes were determined.The changes of endogenous hormones in the expansion stage of yam tubers and the changes of morphological and physiological indexes were analyzed.By analyzing the correlation between endo genous hormones and morphological and physiological indicators,the effects of diff erent endogenous hormones on the expansion of yam tubers were discussed.The ge ne expression levels related to the synthesis of endogenous hormones IAA and GA3 in Bikeqi yam were analyzed.The relationship between hormone content provides a theoretical basis for further molecular level research,and also provides theoretical guidance for large-scale production and high quality and high yield of yam.Research indicates:(1)During the whole growth and development of yam,with the continuous ex pansion of yam tubers,the morphological indexes of tubers are increasing,especiall y in the middle of tuber bulging,where tuber fresh weight,tuber circumference an d tuber dry weight The content increased significantly in the middle of tuber expa nsion,which is also consistent with the period of rapid increase of starch content i n tubers.Among the three yam varieties,the tuber length of the Bikeqi yam is the longest,followed by Hebeianpingbai yam,and the tubers of Dahechangyu yam have the shortest length;the tuber circumference and tuber diameter of Dahechangyu ya m are the largest,followed by Hebeianpingbai yam,the smallest of Bikeqi yam.The refore,Bikeqi yam is a slender yam,Hebeianpingbai yam and Dahechangyu yam ar e short-grain yam,and the performance of Dahechangyu yam is more obvious.(2)The starch,reducing sugar and soluble total sugar in the yam tuber have a correlation in the process of synthesis,operation and accumulation.With the contin uous expansion of the yam tuber,the starch content increases continuously,while t he reducing sugar and soluble total sugar content gradually decreas e.It is because part of the reducing sugar and soluble total sugar is used to c onvert another part of the energy into starch,so that the starch accumulates th roughout the growth and development process.The starch content of Dahechan gyu yam is the highest among the three.(3)Among the three varieties:endogenous hormone ZR,endogenous horm one ABA,endogenous hormone SA and yam tuber length,tuber circumference,tuber diameter,tuber fresh weight,tuber dry weight,positive correlation,that is,promote yam tuber expansion;endogenous hormone IPA was negatively cor related with various morphological indicators,inhibiting the growth of yam tub er;in APB58:endogenous hormone ABA was significantly positively correlated with tuber fresh weight,promoting yam tuber weight gain;endogenous hormo ne SA and tuber length,tuber circumference,tuber dry weight And tuber fresh weight was significantly positively correlated,promoting yam tuber expansion;in B1:endogenous hormone IAA was significantly positively correlated with ya m tuber circumference and tuber diameter,promoting yam thickening;endogeno us hormone GA3 was significantly negatively correlated with tuber length,inhi bition Its elongation growth;in DHCY:endogenous hormone ABA was signific antly positively correlated with tuber length and tuber diameter,promoting its t hickening and elongation growth;endogenous hormone SA was significantly po sitively correlated with tuber dry weight;endogenous hormone IPA and Tuber circumference,tuber diameter and tuber fresh weight were significantly negative ly correlated,inhibiting tuber thickness and weight increase.(4)After analyzing the differentially expressed genes related to endogenous hormones in Biqqi yam,the endogenous hormone IAA as significantly negativ ely correlated with the synthetic gene IAA 6,and the related gene IAA 6 neg atively regulated the endogenous hormone IAA;endogenous hormone GA3 is si gnificantly positively correlated with the gene GA3 5 involved in the synthesis,and the related gene GA3 5 positively regulates the endogenous hormone GA3.
