This paper was conducted to study growth character of Xinjiang small reed in different growing stage, and also carried on weightlessness rate, analysied nutrient content after using the different dry method. Then discuss its In situ degradability through the digestion trial. To determine that Xinjiang smallreed would be a decent hay for the ruminants in Xinjiang.Test 1. to make an initial analyze on the growing character and best utilization of Xinjiang small reed by measuring and analyzing the reed. The research on its growing character and the best using by the field survey and analysis of the Xinjiang small reed. The results showed that: The absolute altitude of plant was quickly in the earlier period and becomes stable in the later period of the four growth periods; the average number of leaves of per plant was 16.38, 18.15, 18.15, 17.25 respectively, in the different growing stages. The comparison of the fresh grass output of the different growth periods was highest in the florescence in the same area. The fresh/dry ritio showed that it was higher than30% in the different growing stages. The moisture of the plant was about 55.6% in the earlier stage , it dropped to 40.3% in yellow stage. The stem-leaf ratio of the earlier stage was 0.45:1, and it increased to 0.89:1 in the yellow stage .Test 2. Using five drying methods (natural shade dry,natural shade dry of fracturing stem,natural seasons dry,natural seasons dry of fracturing stem,turned dry of fracturing stem.)on the losing weight rate of Xinjiang small reed in different growing stage .The results showed that: In each period, the first day's losing weight rate was fairly maximum regardless of using the different drying methods, which reached 50%~90% of the whole drying stage ,from the following day it had a slow downward trend. Among five drying methods, the weightlessness rate of fracturing stem ted was highest whilst that of natural shade dry was lowest in the first day of each stage, the difference between them was about from 13% to 22%.The average losing weight rate of five-drying method in the first day of the different growths were 23.91%, 28.28%, 32.72%, 37.87%, 39.72% respectively.Test 3. Study on the physical characters and the nutrients of The Xinjiang small reed in the different dry methods. The result indicated that, (1) the color of hay was green firstly and then getting yellow in the growth stage ,the impurities on hay was at 5%~20%,it didn't get moldy and spoil the unusual smell. Leaf blade content was 20%~45%.(2) The WSC was highest in the earlier stage ,and was lowest of the yellow stage ;crude protein of natural seasons dry of fracturing stem was the highest, had achieved 8.32%, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) natural seasons dry of fracturing was the lowest (77.57%), acid detergent fiber (ADF) content's difference was not big, all about 53.0%.Test 4. The study on the dynamic degradability of DM, CP and NDF and ADF in the rumen of A Li Tai Sheep . The results showed that: (1) the digestibility of natural shaded hay was higher than the natural seasons'(p<0.05); (2)The digestibility of CP in the earlier stage was higher than the other ones. (3) The digestibility of DM within 12h had a turning point, and the digestibility of CP was 90% within 4 h., the digestibility of NDF and ADF had increased slowly(p>0.05), there was no significant difference between them (except from the earlier stage). |
