This thesis adopts the heading stage of Xinjiang small reed for silage,there are two treatment groups: formaldehyde added and no formaldehyde added, Silage time is 50 days. Each group was further divided into two groups, the first group is after 50 d storage, always unsealed, get samples at 0,3,8,15,20 d; the second group is after 50 d storage, unseal at 0,3,8,15,20 d, every opening time 30 min, get the samples during the opening time, and seal it after. Then analyze the samples on fermentation quality, nutrient content. The total number of microbe colonies, find out the varying pattern and the best method of inhibiting of secondary fermentation of Xinjiang small reed silage in formaldehyde added and no formaldehyde added conditions. Provided a scientific usage of Xinjiang small reed for the majority of farmers and herdsmen.The results show: With the extension of opening hours after storage, without added formaldehyde-treated group, make Xinjiang small reed silage opened 30 min/d treatment is superior to the rear storage sensory evaluation index has been opened treatment. The ratio on p H, ammonia nitrogen concentration of unsealed treatment groups has been low. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01); In addition formaldehyde treatment group, Xinjiang small reed silage opening time 30 min/d processing of secondary fermentation in the sensory evaluation index storage is ideal, between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05); Add formaldehyde and formaldehyde is not added to handle two large groups compared with each other, adding formaldehyde group sensory evaluation index and p H,ammonia nitrogen concentration is more ideal, p H values,ammonia nitrogen concentrations between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01). Each treatment group decreased lactic acid content, acetic acid and butyric acid content showed an upward trend. Formaldehyde and lactic acid content of the highest, the lowest acid content opening time 30 min/d treatment group; From the main nutrients of view, after adding formaldehyde and stored in different ways Xinjiang small reed silage DM,CP,Ca,P content increased with Prolonged storage time showed a downward trend; The Ash,EE content showed a more stable state; NDF and ADF content increased with storage time extend showed an u Pward trend.From major changes of the total number of colonies of microorganisms, the lactic acid is the highest number of colonies in formaldehyde added and 30 min/d opening time treatment grou Ps, with the extension of time after opening, the reservoir was slowly decreased; Yeasts, molds has the highest number of colonies in no formaldehyde added and unsealed treated group, with prolonged opening time after storage was slowly rising.In short, formaldehyde can effectively suppress Xinjiang small reed semi silage secondary fermentation. Whether or not to add formaldehyde, 30 min/d unsealed method is a more effective way to reduce Xinjiang small reed semi silage secondary fermentation speed.
