Hot pepper Chifengâ…¡was planted in theexperiment, The test devices 16 treatments: (1) Control treatment (CK); (2) Single applying herbaceousplant remains(J); (3) Single applying animal remnant body (C); (4) Single applying woody plant remains(S); (5) Single applying animal excrement(F); (6) mixed applying animal excrement and animal remnantbody(FC); (7)mixed applying herbaceous plant remains and animal excrement(JF); (8)mixed applyingwoody plant remains and animal excrement(SF); (9)mixed applying herbaceous plant remains and animalexcrement(JS); (10) mixed applying woody plant remains and animal remnant body(SC); (11) mixedapplying herbaceous plant remains and animal remnant body(JC); (12) mixed applying herbaceous plantremains and woody plant remains and animal remnant body(JSC); (13) mixed applying herbaceous plantremains and animal excrement and animal remnant body(JFC); (14) mixed applying woody plant remainsand animal remnant body and animal excrement(CSF); (15) mixed applying herbaceous plant remains andanimal excrement and animal excrement(JSF); (16) JSCF treatment: mixed applying herbaceous plantremains and woody plant remains and animal remnant body and animal remnant body(JSCF).The major results were shown as follow:1. Applying organic fertilizers can promote hot pepper's growth generally. Comparing to single applyingorganic material, Increased effect on rhizome and leaf area of J treatment was the most remarkable;Increased effects on rhizome and leaf area of F treatment was very remarkable; in mixed applying organicfertilizers treatments, FC treatment and JF treatment increase rhizome and high are remarkable, Increasedthe scope on high and rhizome of CSF treatment and JSC treatment were only inferior to FC treatment andJF treatment; leaf area increased effect of SC treatment was remarkable, the root and crown ratio increasedeffects of JC treatment was remarkable, hot pepper's growth effect of JSCF treatment wasn't remarkable.Therefore,the animal remnant body was a good organic fertilizer. A mixture of other any kind oforganic fertilizers and it played quite high fertilizer effectiveness, Treatment of two kinds of organicfertilizers mixed according to characteristic was the best measure to promote growth and development ofhot pepper.It is because of the interaction between organic fertilizers, They can release adequate nutritionand cause plant growth to be healthy. 2. Besides F treatment, leaf chlorophyll content of JS treatment and JC treatment were a litter lower thanCK, the other treatments were higher than CK, the result of CSF treatment was the most obvious; Thesecond was JFC treatment and SF treatment. leaf chlorophyll content of mixed applying organic fertilizersare most compare single applying organic fertilizer;Besides S treatment, lower range on MDA contents of the other single applying organic fertilizertreatment were widespread bigger than mixed applying organic fertilizers, but in all processings, the resultof JFC treatment was the most obvious.3. In addition to JSC treatment, Vc content of mixed applying more than three kinds of organic fertilizerswere all higher than single applying organic fertilizer or the processing of two kinds of organic fertilizersmixed, Vc content of SC treatment and SF treatment were lower than CK, the other treatment of two kindsof organic fertilizers mixed were higher than single applying treament besides F treatment, Vc content ofJSF treatment was the highest, it was compared to CK to raise 237%.Comparing applying organic fertilizers to CK, It was observed JSC treatment increase nitrate content,besides it, the other treatments can lower nitrate content by different degree. The reduction of J treatmentand JSCF treatment were the biggest, coming to 41.4%, the reduction of other single treatment were all lowto mixed processing in two kinds.All of organic fertilizers treatment can remarkably promote the accumulation of sugar in hot pepper andraise sugar sour ratio, improve quality of hot pepper thus, among them, the sugar content increase of JSCtreatment was the biggest, T/S of mixed applying two kinds of organic fertilizers was widespread higherthan single applying organic fertilizer, more than three kinds of organic fertifizers mixed and two kinds oforganic fertilizers mixed don't greatly compare difference. T/S of FC treatment was biggest, come to12.887.JFC treatment, SF treatment, JF treatment and J treatment lower starch content, the other treatments aresignificantly higher than CK.Single applying organic fertilizer and two kinds of organic fertilizers mixed can effectively promote theaccumulation of nitrogen of vegetable, thereby promoting protein content, Protein content of JF treatmentwas the highest, compare CK a high 247%; Hot pepper have different impact on the content of amino acids,among single application treatment, only the amino acids content of J treatment was higher than CK, theothers show a decreasing trend, Amino acids content of more than three kinds of organic fertilizerstreatment were obvious higher than two kinds' mixed processing and single applying.4. The treatment of two kinds of organic fertilizers mixed and single applying all can raise hot pepperwhole N content thus, the most effective treatment was JF treatment; To P analysis of the influence of hotpepper, in addition to J treatment and C treatment, the other treatments were not effective for theimprovement of soil phosphorus and related enzymes and microbial activity. Thus unable to effectively improve the absorption of plants' phosphorus, resulting in the whole P of hot pepper decrease comparedwith CK; For the influence to hot pepper whole K content, F treatment and JC treatment lower hot pepperwhole K content, all other treatments increase hot pepper whole K content, but hot pepper whole K contentof more than three kinds of organic fertilizers treatment are the best.5. Hot pepper constitutes were researched by the Infrared spectroscopy, the result showed that: afterapplying organic fertilizers, The content of carboxyl and carbohydrate (sugar) increased, the content of fatclass compound including the methyl and the methyl radical reduced, the content of inorganical nitrogencompound dropped.6. Except JSCF treatment, all other treatments can increase biomass of hot pepper, effects on hot pepperbiomass of mixed treatments were more obvious, among them, the result of SC treatment and JFCtreatment were the most obvious, about 78.6% and 77.7% higher than CK;Comparing all of mixed organic fertilizers treatment to Single applying organic fertilizer, the yield ofmixed treatments were generally higher than single applying, JF treatment and JSC treatment were in theaspects of raising hot pepper yield for handle more and so much.
