Endometritis is an important dairy cow disease. It makes breeding failure and decrease thequantity of milk production, so it evokes great economic loss. The direct etiological factor isuterine infection. Research on free radical's effect on disease is booming. These studies explainmany diseases pathology essences such as inflammatory disease, immunological disease, andtumor on subcellsular level and molecular level.This experiment use mouses and goats as animal models, reproduce endometritis whoseetiological factor is uterine infection, then pour LPS into models' uterus. Researcher woulddetermine the vigor of GPX, SOD and T-AOC, and the concentration of NO, MDA, and·OHante-infection, post-infection, and post-LPS pour. In order to investigate pathogenesis ofendometrtis in the respect of anti-oxidation and observe LPS's effects on organism'santi-oxidation system, researcher contrasts the data from different groups and studies therelationships between these substances. Finally, to validate the therapeutic action of LPS onendometritis via counteracting damaging effects which from uterine infection.Escherichia coli induces mouses and goats pathologic reaction in this experiment.Severeuterine infection evokes uterus and body's anti-oxidation system changing intensively, such asincreasing of uterine NO, decreasing of blood NO (on acute stage of infection, maybe there's anincreasing process), weaken blood and uterine GPX vigor, weaken blood SOD vigor persistently(total-SOD and Cu-Zn-SOD), increasing of blood MDA, keep·OH on high level, and continualdecreasing of T-AOC. In addition, severe infection evokes WBC population increasing obviouslyand then decreasing to some content.LPS causes decreasing of infectious animals' uterine NO,increasing of blood NO, keep the normal level of blood MDA, decreasing of blood·OH, andenhances the vigor of blood SOD and blood T-AOC. In a word, LPS counteract infectiouspathological change to great extent. The vigor of GPX from whole blood GPX is similar to uterinehomogenate's. There's a high coefficient (r=0.929). Between the vigor of Cu-Zn-SOD andtotal-SOD, There's a high coefficient (r=0.936).The increasing of oxidation factors such as free radical and decreasing of anti-oxidationfactors such as antioxidase induce tissue and cell's damage necessarily. Infectious disbalancebetween oxidation and anti-oxidation is the final joint of endometritis' reason and pathogeneticcondition's exacerbation. As an immunoactivator, LPS can stimulate organism to mobilize immunelandwehr enormously, turn round the harmful condition that infection exhausts the defensefunction of organism, interfere the generation of free radical, and enhance the vigor of oxidase.Finally, LPS protect organism from impairment. As a kind of bacterial endotoxin, LPS haschanciness to apply to clinic. Dosage and how to administer are calling for deepgoing research.
