Test is study on research to theapplication result in different areas and months, used different superovulation and estrus inductionproject.The result of the test showed:(1) Using importing CIDR estrus induction and superovulation to the receptor, in Februaryand March, the receptor's estrus apex time appearance in 36-48h after sponges are taken out., butthe receptor's estrus apex time appearance in 24-36h after sponges are taken out in May, June andJuly. Using intravaginal sponges made by oneself estrus induction and superovulation to thereceptor, in oestrus the receptor's estrus apex time appearance in 36-48h after sponges are takenout. in anoestrus the receptor's estrus apex time appearance in 36-48h after sponges are taken outin January and March but the receptor's estrus apex time appearance in 24-36h after sponges aretaken out in February, June and July.(2) Using HCG can't be improved the receptor transplanting rate notably; Use 200 IUPMSGcooperate with 25 ugLHRH-A3 can improve receptor transplanting rate notably.(3) Using FSH (made in NingBo) superovulation to the meat sheep, the multiparity PolledDorset, Suffolk, Texel, east Buddha, brood Polled Dorset, Suffolk separately by 3.68IU/kg, 3.58IU/kg, 2.95IU/kg, 4.17IU/kg, 4.49IU/kg, it is for 4.87IU/kg is well.(4) Using FSH (made in Australia)superovulation to the Polled Dorset,Suffolk applicationresult is the well. Using FSH (made in NingBo) superovulation to the Texel application result isthe well. Using FSH (newly) superovulation to the Merino and Xialuolai application result is thewell.
