The domestic and foreign research on sheep embryo transfer has decades of history, but because of the influence of factors such as varieties of sheep, the drugs used, methods, the external environment, the effect is not very stable. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the superovulation and embryo transfer method is suitable for application in Xinjiang area. Through the analysis of the influence of Suffolk sheep superovulation and embryo transfer pregnancy effect factors, trying to establish a complete set of suitable for Xinjiang area sheep embryo transfer technology system. On2010-2012in Aksu area of Suffolk sheep were the application effect of estrus synchronization, superovulation and embryo transfer. The experimental results show that:(1) the use of domestic and imported CIDR sponge for estrus synchronization experiments, results showed no significant difference (P>0.05), but the CIDR price is much higher than the sponge, so domestic sponge is better products in estrus synchronization link.(2) the use of Ningbo FSH and Canada FSH producing superovulation treatment of the targets in the test results in the difference was not significant (P>0.05), but the difference in price is very big, the Canadian FSH price is far more than the price of Ningbo FSH, so FSH is produced in Ningbo, Suffolk sheep superselective drug better ovulation link.(3) the natural mating and laparoscopic insemination breeding method and comparison of both had significant difference (P<0.05). The use of natural mating method of breeding of fertilization rate was85.11%, laparoscopic intrauterine insemination fertilization rate reached98.37%. Laparoscopic insemination method using a ram number is less, the fertilization rate, is the preferred way of Suffolk sheep breeding.(4) in the Xinjiang area the best season Suffolk sheep superovulation was9month-10month; in the same embryo transplantation quality conditions, morula embryo transfer pregnancy rate (54.29%) lower than the embryo transfer pregnancy rate (59.11%), but the difference between them was not significant (P>0.05).(5) the receptor for sheep estrus time synchronization in0hours-12hours,±24hours pregnancy rates were62.25%,55.56%,57.26%,36.08%and37.29%. Donor, receptor sheep estrous synchronization difference in0hours, the pregnancy rate-12hours the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of±24hours, therefore, receptor for sheep estrous synchronization error in0hours, within±2hours will get better conception rate. |
