| Presently the main problem in wheat breeding projects lies in the poor germplasm. Themost efficient way to change this situation is to combine the classical method of mutagenicbreeding with marker-assisted selection(MAS), i. e., to induce and screen mutationsartificially so as to obtain the new wheat germplasm resources with good quality and highyield. This study utilizes the different duration and concentration treatment of EMS to findthe proper treatment conditions for cultivar HeNong822, the paper analysis the differentsensitivity of the different genotype wheat (Shi4185, ZhongYou9507 etal) treated withEMS. the different mutation types screened and identificationed form seeding stageobservation, record to the mature examination in the mutation community, and carries outthe molecular and biochemistry detecting for apart mutations. Study results as follows:1. Considering death rates and mutation frequency, It determined 8h and 0.3%,0.5%,10h and 0.5% are the best process condition in this experiment for HeNong822 treatedby 6 duration(4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, 12h, 14h) and 5 concentration(0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.9%) ofEMS, in total 30 treatment combination.2. The 10 wheat varieties (induceing Shi4185, ZhongYou9507, JiMai22, etal)treated by10h/0.3% EMS, the different varieties of Wheat treated by EMS significant differences insensitivity, which is most sensitive to ZhongYou9507, the death rate of 64.00%, amountingto 34.67% of ZhongMai9 is the most retardation. Mutations frequency was highest inShi4185 amounted to 13.33%, amounted to only 5.32% of the mininmum ZhongMai9.3. A total of 7 mutation types (1104 mutation plant) were occurred which wasidentification according to the reproductive performance, including leaves, stature, panicledepartment, grain and its physical characteristics, The mutation frequency was 10.09%. theGMP variation bigger types was finded form mutation community. the mutation frequencyof different mutation types is various.4. Using SSR molecular marker and high-molecular weight subunits of gluteninSDS-PAGE, the nine character-mutant types (dwadng, awnless, dense panicle, clubbedpanicle, early flower et al), were identification.
