| Avian Coccidiosis is one of the high incidence Verminosis,which do harm to poultry industry .The infectious Conditions of Chicken Eimeria in Changji has not been reported, recently.In this research, The Avian coccidiosis of 12 broiler farms was investigated. In order to observe the shape and color of the oocysts and measure the size of the oocysts, we collected the excrement from the broiler farm in Changji. After isolated,propagated the coccicial oocysts ,we infected experiment animal. Then the symptoms and pathological changes were observed, Synthesize analyzing showed that those Coccidia were confirmed to be Eimeria tenella, E.acervulina,E.maxima,E.mitis, E.praecox,And Eimeria tenella is the major genus in Changji,Xinjiang. Among the isolated occysts, The total percent of E.tenella is 60.6 pecent. The Coccidia had violated the appendices of the chicken, cause anemic, emaciated and even die. Sickening chicken gave priority to 15-40 days old chickling.In this research, we has investigated the Epidemiology of chicken Coccidiosis in Changji Prefecture, Xin jiang, then Cultivated and selected the major Eimeria tenella from the pathogeny of chicken Coccidiosis, and successfully acquired the pure Eimeria praecox by single-oocyst isolation technique,the precocious strains of the Eimeria praecox from Changji Prefecture has beenCultivated primarily.We selected four drugs(Hua xi qiu chong wang,Ai qiu qing,Qiu bing li xue ning,Qiu wei)to investigat the anticoccidial drug susceptibility of 14 day's old Sanhuang chicken. The results showed that the anticoccidial index (ACI) of Ai qiuqing,Qiu wei were 187.80 and 183.60. The results of using combined-drugs therapy showed that Huaxi Qiuchongwang + Ai qiuqing,Huaxi Qiuchongwang + Qiuwei or Qiuwei + Qiubing lixuening can cure the Sanhuang chicken mixture infected by several kinds of coccicial oocysts, And the anticoccidial index(ACI) of the combined drugs is all over 180. Then we carried on the medicine treatment to four farms, Added 1ml Huaxi Qiuchongwang into 4kgs water, make the chicken drinking the drug within 1-2 hours in the morning; And added 1ml Aiqiuqing into 2 kilograms water, make the chicken drinking the drug within 1-2 hours in the afternoon; 1g vitamins was added into 1 kilograms water, making the chicken drink the drug in the evening. 5 days later, thecure rate is over 91%. This study had provided an experiment basis for broilerfarms to choose anticoccidial drugs in Changji, and brought out a prophylactico-therapeutic measures for practice. |
