The experiment studied that effect on alimentary tract pH and digestive activityof fattening lamb in different rate of consentrate to roughage feed for pH of rumen,abomasum, pancreas and small intestine, VFA of paunch, pepsin, trypsin,chymytropsin,α-amylase and lipase of wean lamb from two experiments.(1)Three way crossbreed lambs of Tang-sheep and Small Tailed Hart Sheep andPoll Dorset of 3~5 month-age were feed with different rate of consentrate to roughagewhich was 65: 35(A),50: 50(B),35: 65(C) in 40 days, the resultsl hour after feedindicated that①there was significant different between pH of A and C (P<0.05), andA was significant higher than B (P<0.05), consentration of butyric acid, isovalericacid, valeric acid is significant higher than B and C (P<0.05); there was no significantdifferent that rate of acetic acid to propionic acid and them to TVFA in differenttreatment (P>0.05).②No significant effect on different rate of consentrate toroughage for pH of abomasums mucous membrane and content (P>0.05), and so wasactivityof pepsin, pH, trypsin, chymytropsin,α-amylase and lipase of pancreas(P>0.05).③There was no significant different between different treatments in pH ofmucous membrane of duodenum, all parts of jejunum, ileum and content of all parts ofjejunum, and activity ofα-amylase and lipase of intestine mucous membrane andtrypsin, chymytropsin,α-amylase and lipase of content(P>0.05), pH of ileum contentof treatment C was significant higher than treatment A.④pH of different parts ofintestine mucous membrane and content was significant different, pH of back ofjejunum higher than duodenum, forepart and middle of jejunum (P<0.05). pH fromduodenum to ileum content tum and turn heighten significantly.⑤Activity ofenzyme of different parts of intestine had significant different. Activity of trypsin ofback of jejunum content was significant higher than duodenum, forepart and middle ofjejunum and ileum (P<0.05). Activity of chymytropsin of middle of jejunum wassignificant higher than other parts of intestine content (P<0.05). Duodenum, forepartand middle of jejunum mucous membrane activity ofα-amylase was higher than backof jejunum and lieum (P<0.05).α-amylase activity of back of jejunum content wassignificant higher duodenum, forepart and middle of jejunum and ileum(P<0.05). Actitity of lipase of duodenum, forepart and middle of jejunum mucousmembrane was higher than back of jejunum and ileum. Forepart and middle ofjejunum content activity of lipase were higher than duodenum, back of jejunum andileum (P<0.05), duodenum and back of jejunum were higher than ileum. (2)Three way crossbreed lambs of Tang-sheep and Small Tailed Han Sheep andPoll Dorset of 50 day-age were feed with different rate of consentrate to roughagewhich was 97.64: 2.36(A), 91.88: 8.12(B), 86.14: 13.86(C)in 50 days, when fasting24 hours the result indicated that①no significant effect on pH of abomasumsmucous membrane or content in different treatment, and on activity of pepsin(P>0.05).②Rate of consentrate to roughage had no significant differet on pH and activity oftrypsin, chymytropsin,α-amylase and lipase in pancreas (P>0.05). So was is pH andactivity of trypsin, chymytropsin,α-amylase and lipase in all parts of intestine mucousmembrane and content (P>0.05).③There were significant different on pH of all partsof intestine. Mucous membrane of back of jejunum and ileum were higher thanduodenum and forepart of jejunum (P<0.05), middle of jejunum was higher thanduodenum; ileum content was significant higher than other part of intestine(P<0.05), back of jejunum was higher than duodenum, forepart and middle ofjejunum (P<0.05).④There were significant different on activity of digestive enzymein different parts of intestine. Activity of trypsin of ileum content was significanthigher than other parts (P<0.05), duodenum and back of jejunmum was higher thanforepart of jejunum (P<0.05). Activity ofα-amylase of duodenum and ileummucous membrane was significant higher than forepart of jejunum (P<0.05), middleof jejunum and ileum content was higher than duodenum and forepart of jejunum(P<0.05). Activity of lipase of ileum mucous membrane was significant higher thanall parts of jejunum(P<0.05), duodenum was higher than forepart and back of jejunum(P<0.05), middle of jejunum content was significant higher than forepart and back ofjejunum. |
