In this experiment, corn straw, rice straw and caragana korshinskii in Ningxia are selected as three kinds of experiment materials of roughage. Every kind of roughage was respectively processed with9kinds of different silage additives for60days. The fermentation quality, microbial bacterial colonies, nutrient composition and digestibility in vitro are measured in order to understand the influence of silage treatment on the nutritional value, and to analyze the effect of different silage additives on different roughages. With results above, the best silage additives for every kind of roughage can be selected. This experiment can provide theoretical and data support for further research. The results are as follows.1The influence of different silage treatment on roughage fermentation conditions.The fermentation condition of corn straw is the best, and overall evaluation is excellent. The fermentation condition of rice straw is good, and overall evaluation is good. The fermentation condition of Korshinskii is poor. Comparisons in different treatments are made to select the suitable treatment. In the silage of corn straw, XCT group has the best fermentation condition, S group and SC group have good-fermentation condition. In the silage of rice straw, SC group has the best fermentation condition, XCT group and X group have good fermentation condition. In the silage of Korshinskii, C group has the best fermentation condition.2. Study on conventional nutrients and relative feed value of roughage and the silage.An overall evaluation of conventional nutrients and feed relative value was made. In the corn straw silage treatment, SCT group has the highest score, and XCT group and S group has high score. In the rice silage treatment, SCT group, X group and CT group have high nutritional quality. In the Korshinskii silage treatment,CT group has the best nutritional quality. To some extent, Tween80can improve the quality of the roughage and the RFV.3. Study on in vitro digestibility of roughage and the silageIn the corn straw silage treatment, SCT group has the highest digestive rate, XCT group and S group have high digestive rate. In the rice straw silage treatment, X group has the highest digestive rate. In the Korshinskii silage treatment, C group has the highest digestive rate, CT group and SC group have high digestive rate.To sum up, we can select the best silage treatment on roughage for the comprehensive evaluation about the fermentation condition, nutritional value and in vitro digestibility.In the corn straw silage, XCT group is the best, SCT group and S group are good. In the corn straw silage, X group is the best. In the Korshinskii silage, C group and CT group are good. The SC group is a little poorer, but still a good group in Korshinskii silage.
