After ten years of unremitting efforts, wheat research office of crop farming of the Xinjiang Academy of agriculture and reclamation Sciences introduced AL-Type Sterile lines, creating a number of three-line resources, selected AL-type superior combinations fulfilling the three-supporting. Wheat heterosis research direction, technology of reproduction is used is an important link in hybrid wheat production. Producing test selection sterile lines AL18(A) and AL22 (A) And the maintain lines and restorer lines 96AR144-1 to test materials, Use Orthogonal design method,take many of treatments ( row ratio between maternal and father plants,fertilization,density,spraying chemical regulator) , Line of hybrid wheat breeding and hybrid seed production technology, and identification of hybrid technology.The results showed that:1. In the treatment of different row ratio between maternal and father plants, reproduction yield appeared increasing trend along with the increasing of maternal plants, The best row ratio between maternal and father plants is 2:6, at the same time ,parents reproduction and reproduction yield achieve to maximum.2. In a certain range can increase the density increase effective spike, improve seed production yield. When the density of 1.6 million / ha, the highest reproductive output. AL18 (A) and AL22 (A) reproductive output than the average yield increased by 10.4% and 9.5%.Spraying GA3 reasonable can be increased to improve the height,outcrossing rate and yield. In AL22 (A) test, so the 20% when spraying GA3 3000ppm/ha, control over the output by 7.6%.3. Dressing 240 kg/ha of urea differ from ck in Jointing stage, AL18(A) and AL22 (A) seed yield was increased by 6.4% and 6.9%. different treatment among female Outcrossing difference was significant.The stigma viabilities of maternal plants can continue for 10 days approximately. Stigma of living with the Outcrossing rate with Weibull function. Stigma loss of vitality when AL18(A) and AL22 (A) were continuing stigma of 11 days and 9 days.4. Comprehensive treatment of all known, AL18 (A) and AL22 (A) the best treatment for reproduction: A3B3C2D2 and A3B3C3D3. AL18 (A) and AL22 (A) Production for the best combination is A2B3C2D2 and A3B3C2D3.5.
