The Study On Winter Wheat Mechanization Conservation Tillage Technology System In HuBei

On the basis of the successful experiences of conservation tillage in dry farming field of our country , with the cultivation system and planting pattern and production practice in dry field of Hubei province, We did a research of conservation tillage of winter wheat in the schoolyard of hua zhong agriculture university Aiming at the draught , low productivity , we also studied experiment of conservation tillage planting under different tillage pattern .compared with the traditional planting pattern ,we get a conclusion after studying the growth and production of wheat under the five planting patterns. It is that the system of the burying stalk mulch, notillage mulch and subsoiling mulch cultivateing pattern is more valid and advantageous than tradition farming in the aspect of keeping water and soil, improving soil, boosting ,the farm crop yield.On the foundation comprehensive analysis of mature condition of hilllock area and planting example and output level in Hubei province,we workouted the conservation tillage craftwork and agriculture technique criterion and make certain rational agriculture producation craftuwork Of Winter Wheat .hereby ,this lesson put forward 3 kinks of mechanization conservation tillage system and its mechanization produce craft project namely, burying stalk mulch ,notillage mulch and subsoiling mulch .Then, it Research the choosing of machine system charactered burying stalk mulch tillage ,choose the type of its produce machine system line programming method under machine working cost lowest ,50hm2s'unit area, with the characteristic of burying stalk mulch mechanization conservation tillage system.7herewith, it calculate the quantity of the agriculture machine tool which the various item works need, including 1 tractor of shanghai -50 ,3 tractor of iron-cow-654,1 set of 2BMFS 6/12 notillage sower, 1 set of 3W-2000 sprayer, 2 set of ISQ-250 subsoiling 2 set of burying stalk mulch machine ,3 set of 1065 unite reaper, 1 set of 4Q-2.0 the smashing stalk to return field.Take the case of demonstration item area of dry farming field of LaoHe kou as an example,we had a reckoning and valueing of the economic benefit about subsoiling mulch cultivateing pattern,at same time, we put forword development suggestion of mechanization conservation tillage of winter wheat in LaoHeKou province.The research shows that mechanization conservation tillage technology is an important direction in the development of modern dry agriculture.
