Study On The Method Improvement Of Wheat Regional Trials In Shanxi Province

More than 50 years of statistical data and working conditions of wheat variety regional trials were analysised in this dissertation. It was point out that the importance of the work of wheat variety regional trials was connected with breeder and producer tightly, and related to whether select good varieties or not, then had influences on maximum exerting high yield and resistance.Through analysising the work of wheat variety regional trials in Shanxi province,it was found that there were lots of problems, such as big test error, low accuracy and low reliability, timeliness, advance, scientificalness, justness were relatively bad in quality analysis, all of this had a certain influence on extending fine breed and varieties market needs. In order to solve this problems, the author advanced several conceits about the wheat regional trial and development modle through reading a great deal overseas references, to meet the demand for industrialized development of wheat produce in our country under the economic globelization day by day situation as soon as possible.1.Four stages about the work of wheat variety regional trials in Shanxi province in the past 50 years had been discussed in this dissertation, there were prepare initiate stage, stagnate stage, recover and development stage, reformand consummate stage.2. This text had found out the problem existing in the regional test of wheat variety in Shanxi province through system research and summary. First, management system was imperfect. Second, the goal of regional tries was single. Third, quality tests means and instrument and equipment were scarce . Fourth, test observe, record and data analysis were unscientific. All of these restricted the development of the wheat variety regional test work in Shanxi province.3. For these reasons above, author put forward wheat variety regional test method improvement suggestions from optimizing the allocation of resources views in the future:(1) Divided Shanxi province into two districts of winter and spring wheat according to the climate and temperature and light characteristics of wheat;(2) Set up three standard regional test systems which included agricultural university, Academy of Agricultural Sciences and wheat former (improved) seed farm supported by country;(3) Reduce experimental unit, strengthen and restrain the conditions, improve the accuracy;(4) The comparison experiment of special-purpose quality should regard demand of market economics as the precondition; Quality type varieties decided by market industrialization demanding, made breeder's breeding goal catch up with the paces of the market all the time;(5) Improveing comparative contents of regional trial varieties in such as yield and structure, agricultural properties, quality properties, disease resistances, adverse resistance,etc.
