To improve the efficiency of information collection, reorganization, evaluation and utilization intobacco regional trial, Tobacco Regional Trial Management System(TRTMS) was developed accordingto regional trial steps and statistical analysis methods, to realize standardized data management andinformation exchange. TRTMS was developed in C#language, and it utilized SQL Server as databaseand Browser/Server as Web Mode. It enables data edition, query and analysis. Therefore, TRTMS hadresolved the delay on data uploading and querying, made it possible to share information, andundoubtedly will provide support with the distribution of varieties.1. By studying and referencing the current mathematical analysis models of crop variety regional test,current extensive crop mathematical models in tobacco variety regional test were analyzed andcompared. United variance analysis method was selected to compare acre yield, production value,classy smoke and so on in varieties. Linear regression model, Eberhart model, variety andenvironmental interactions affect model, interaction, CV were used to evaluate variety stability.DTOPSIS method, based on entropy weight determine, was selected to evaluate varieties in tobaccovariety regional test after it was compared with fuzzy mathematics, gray relationship analysis, BP neuralnetwork, principal component analysis. By studying and referencing the mathematical models of cropvariety regional test, we built the suit mathematical models for tobacco variety regional test.2. Information of nationwide tobacco regional variety test and cultivar assessment was collected, andit was tested in TRTIS. According to the record standard of nationwide flue-cured tobacco improvedvariety, variety regional test data base was built, which include tables for test point, filed management,temperature and rainfall, childbearing period, botanic characters, agronomic trait, disease resistance,economic characters, appearance quality, chemical composition and smoke panel test. Establishment ofthe database lays the foundation for the realization of system functions.3. According to tobacco variety regional test protocols and selected statistical models, a web-basedtobacco variety regional test management system was developed based on Web developmenttechnologies and modeling techniques by using software Dreamweaver, SQL Server and ASP.NET(C#).The system used Browser/Server as Web mode and it has three major functions: data query, data uploadand data analysis.4. Case studies on TRTMS were conducted with data in north and southwest national tobacco varietyregional test in2010. The estimations by TRTMS were accurate and were in line with the actualsituation, indicating that the system was scientifically designed, easy to operate, full-featured, and couldpromote the development of tobacco regional test.
