| The cattle T. sergenti sickness is one kind of haematozoon sicknesswhich caused by T. sergenti that parasitizes in the red cell, whichpropagates by tick. Now, we have maken some progress on this illness, butthe domestic study of this ill pathogenesis is not penetrateddeeply yet,especially on hematology index and histopathology. The ultrastructuralpathological change is in the domestic stage. This experimeat took thenature infected T. sergenti cattle for experimental animal to studyhematology index and histopathology. We expected to expose the extent thatT. sergenti sickness influenced the organism.The TEM observation results indicated that The cattle T. sergenti haddouble membrane structure and it' s interior had the obvious high and lowelectron density district. The physiology and biochemical indicatorresults indicated that the cow andamountcalf that infected T. sergentiappeared that the amount of RBC, hemoglobin concentration and RBC pressesaccumulates obviously reduced and the every red cell amount hemoglobinconcentration and RBC presses accumulates obviously increased, thecontent of the total bilirubin and hemobilirubin obviously increased. Thesick cattle organism shew obviously anaemia and jaundice. Thehistopathology observation shew the following results. Each organizationorgan all appeared the varying degree cell denaturation and necrosis, the,widespread hemorrhage, the lymphocyte and reticular cell proliferoustubercle. It was the massive hemosiderins and the bile pigment in theorganization. The general histology observation discovered the great cellschizont in the lymph node, the liver, the intestines, the kidney and thecardiac muscle, but it had no giant cell in spleen and lung. The bloodtarget and the histo-pathology observation confirmed the T. sergenti madecattle occur the hemolytic anemia.This research laid the foundation for the study of the cattle T. sergenti sickness pathogenesis mechanism and providesd the scientificbasis for the clinical diagnosis and prevention.
