Study On Integrate Control The Theileria Sergenti Disease Of Cattle With Hsp-p33 And Hsp-p33 Adjuvant Genetically Engineering Vaccine

Theileria sergenti is a protozoal disease of bovine and ovine caused by Theileria, which in the blood. In now days, the disease is prevented by medicines. But the efficiency concentration of common medicines in body keep shortly time.In order to provide the scientific evidences for development of gene engineering vaccines of our country as soon as posible, we use Hsp-p33 and Hsp-p33 adjuvant genetically engineering vaccine to protect bovine.The results indicated hsp-p33, hsp-p33 adjuvant all can provide strong protection for the inoculated bovines against Theileria sergenti. The hsp-p33 adjuvant vaccine is better.The clinical syndromes didn't appear in the inoculated bovines and the indexes of PCV, RBC et al all in normal level. The immunoprotection can persist 50 or so, which it enough to spent the continuous period for the inoculated bovines.
