In this study, the effect of Yeast Cultures on growth performance, blood physiological and plasma endotoxin on piglet are discussed, it added different quantity of Yeast Culture in piglet's diet, and the best quantity in order to promote the growth performance of piglet is given.52 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets were divided into three groups randomly in this single factor test trial. The control group was fed basal diet, the two experimental groups were added 0.25% and 0.5% Yeast Cultures in the basal diet respectively, and diarrhea rates were evaluated. Blood samples were taken from the anterior vena on 30, 32, 42, 52d moring, and determined blood physiological indicator, then took another blood samples and measured concentration of plasma endotoxin without pyrogen. The results as follows:1.The body weight of the 0.25% group and the 0.5% group was similar or have a littler gain, but the control group was significantly low, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);The body weight of the 0.25% group was significant higher than the 0.5% group and the control group on 60d (P<0.05). The day gain of the 0.5% group was the highest one on 7-30d. The day gain of the 0.25% group, the 0.5% group and the control group were 4.17g/d,17.59 g/d,-52.78 g/d on 2d postweaned, the difference was significantly between the experimental groups and the control group (P<0.01). The day gain of the control group was the highest one on32-39d. The control group was significantly higher than the 0.5% group; the 0.25% group was significantly higher than the other groups, especially, the diarrhea of piglet was lower than the control group (P<0.05). It indicated that adding yeast cultures in basal diet could relaxed the stress efficienctly which was worked by variety of food postweaned, and increased growth rate.It showed that the best quantity of yeast cultures is 0.5% before weaning, but after weaning is 0.25%.2.About the decrement of RBC ,the contral group was higher than the two experimental groups after adding yeast culture on 2 and 12d postweaned. On 2d postweaned ,the HGB of 0.25% group and 0.5% group increased 5.0g/l and 4.63g/l respectively, the contral group decreased 2.13 g/l ,contrasted with pre-weaned,the decrement of the control group was higher than 0.25% group and 0.5% group, and that of the control group increased signicantly on 22d postweaned, and 0.25% group and 0.5% group decreased.on 2d postweaned,The WBC decrement of the 0.5% group was less than the cotrol group(P<0.05), and that of the contral group increment was higher than 0.25% and 0.5% groups on 12d postweaned. The LYM of 0.25% group decereased on 2d postweaned, and that of 0.5% group and the control group increased; contrasted with pre-weaned,the increment of 0.25% group on 22d postweaned was higher than that of 0.5% group, on 22d postweaned, the increment of the control group was higher than 0.5% group. The NEUT of 0.25% group decreased on 2d postweaned, and that of 0.5% group and the control group increased;contrasted with pre-weaned ,the increment of 0.25% group on 12d postweaned was higher than that of 0.5% group,on 22d postweaned, the increment of control group was higher than 0.5% group. The NEUT of 0.25% group increased on 2d postweaned, and that of 0.5% group and the control group decreased; contrasted with pre-weaned, the increment of the control group on 12d postweaned was higher than that of 0.5% group. The PLT of the experiment groups were higher than the control group from pre-weaned to 22d postweaned, and the order from higher to lower was 0.25% group,0.5% group and the control group. There were a little variance on all indexes, but the variance of the experiment group is slow. Adding yeast culture in basal diet in favour of slow down RBC and HGB, stressing nutrition ddeficiency after weaning, and raise thrombocytic, strengthen the physiologic function, protect the energy and immunity resistance of piglet, release the stress of piglet are made.3.The endotoxin of the 0.25% group increased 0.023EU/ml on 2d postweaned, reached to 0.321 EU/ml on 12d postweaned, decreased by 51.66%. The 0.5% group decreased by 0.017EU/ml on 12d postweaned, reached by 16.47%.The control group increased 0.036 EU/ml on 2d postweaned, reached to 1.095EU/ml on 12d postweaned, increased 38.61%.The results indicated that plasma endotoxin levels of 0.25% group piglets increased 0.023EU/ml on 2 d postweaned, dropped to 0.321EU/ml and decreased by 51.66% on 12 d postweaned; The 0.5% group decreased 0.017EU/ml on 2d postweaned, dropped to 0.507EU/ml and reduced 16.47% on 12 d postweaned, the control group increased 0.036 EU/ml on 2 d postweaned, rose to 1.095EU/ml and increased by 38.61% on 12 d postweaned. Endotoxin levels of each group returned to 0.85% on 22 d postweaned, overall higher than the level of postweaned. From the study: The endotoxin is on a quite low level, particularly on 10d postweaned, but the quantity of yeast cultures is very high all the time, so that we can have a conclusion: Adding yeast cultures in piglet's diet can step down the contents of endotoxin due to stress weaning.
