The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate weaning age, in order to increase the number of sows annual nest, and reduce the cost of feeding, so as to improve the economic benefit, and promote the development of pig industry.This experiment selected 48 Landrace x Landrace piglets two yuan, according to the different weaning age, divided into 19 day old group,22 day age group,25 days of age groups, each group of 4 laps, each lap 4 head, using a method of weaning, weaning in three stages of feeding:The first stage is 10 days of AⅠ fed the basal diet, the second stage of 15 days of feeding AⅡ based diet, the third stage is 10 days of feeding AⅢ based diet. Piglet production performance index, rectal microbial flora index, blood biochemical index, blood antioxidant indexes, blood immune index were determined in the test period. The results are as follows:1、The experimental group piglets growth performance,19 day age group,22 days of age group,25 days of age group during the whole weight were 10.63kg,11.15kg,13.66kg, so the 25 day age group gain the best effect; 25 day old group, the average daily gain than at 19 days of age group,22 day age group were increased by 28.48%(p<0.05) and 22.48%(p<0.05); 19 day old group feed meat ratio is 1.95,22 day age group feed meat ratio is 1.70,25 day age group feed meat ratio is 1.41,25 day age group, the ratio of feed and meat than other group.2, At the age of 25 days for each group of dietary nutrition component of the apparent digestibility is better than 19 days of age group and 22 days of age group, within 10 days after weaning,25 day age group of dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus digestibility and 19 days of age group compared to improve 46.21%、9.11%、37.02%、12.08%、 19.32%, (P<0.05); In 25 days after weaning,25 day age group of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus digestibility and 19 days of age group compared respectively increased by24.80%、11.94%、13.96%、56.10%、13.41%、19.32%, (P<0.05); In 35 days after weaning,25 day age group of dry matter, crude fat, crude fiber, phosphorus digestibility and 19 days of age group compared respectively increased by 13.56%、12.24%、 54.85%、16.61%, (P<0.05).3、The experimental group piglets the mortality and the rate of diarrhea,which 19 day age group,22 day age group,25 day age group the mortality is 0. At 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days of diarrhea rate decreased 7.8%,6.82%,10.77%, (P<0.05) respectively than at 19 days of age group.4、The microbial flora index, within 25 days after weaning at 25 days of age group, the number of lactic acid bacteria increased 92.02%(P<0.05)than at 19 days of age group; 35 days after weaning at 22 days of age group, the number of lactic acid bacteria increased 83.55% (P<0.05) than at 19 days of age group.The number of Escherichia coli that 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days more than 19 days of age group were reduced 20.20%,31.53%,32.88%, (P<0.05).5, Blood biochemical index, Total protein at 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days more than 19 days of age group were increased by 18.58%,24.45%, 18.19%, (P<0.05); At 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days more than 19 days of age albumin group were increased by 29.92%,37.17%,39.32%, (P<0.05); At 25 days of age group within 10 days after weaning,35 days of GPT than at 19 days of age group were increased by 50.06%,34.17%, (P<0.05); At 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days of aspartate aminotransferase than at 19 days of age group were increased by 44.54%,70.28%,54.80%(P<0.05); At 25 day age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days, 35 days of Lactate dehydrogenase more than 19 days of age group were increased by 28.89%, 61.32%,44.05%, (P<0.05); Alkaline phosphatase activity at 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days more than 19 days of age group were increased by 35.17%, 36.54%,46.07%(P<0.05). Piglet physiological index values were within the normal range of physiological index.6, Blood antioxidant indexes, superoxide dismutase 25 day age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days more than 19 days of age group were increased by 37.99%,60.43%, 43.26%, (P<0.05); At 25 days of age group within 10 days after weaning,35 days,25 days of glutathione peroxidase than too 19 days groups were increased by 19.91%,26.02%,45.62%, (P<0.05); At 25 day age group within 10 days after weaning,35 days of MDA than at 19 days of age group were decreased by 20.49%,38.75%, (P<0.05).7、Blood immune index, at 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days of IgA than at 19 days of age group were increased by 85.71%,56.41%,46.15%, (p<0.05); At 25 days of age group in the weaned after 10 days,25 days,35 days of IgM than at 19 days of age group were increased by 20%,35.25%,26.87%, (p<0.05); At 25 days of age group within 25 days after weaning,35 days IgG than at 19 days of age group were increased by 76.84%,54.71%, (p<0.05).The test results show that, at 25 days of age group have more advantages in all aspects, production performance index can achieve the ideal, and provides a theoretical basis for determining the age of weaning.
