If facility agriculture development is advanced, first the facility farm machinery to adapt the facility agriculture should be developed. At present, our greenhouse mechanized work is quite low, and the major work still depends upon traditional manual labor, result of big intensity, low efficiency. The loosing earth work is foundational. Some machinery to do loosing work in big awnings, have gig volume and inferior compatibility. Therefore, small electrical scarifier suitable to do work in greenhouse has been developed.In view of greenhouse with narrow and small space, the scarifier disposition has implemented the simplification. The complete machine includes electric motor, reducing gear, walking component, deep component and so on. The electric motor provides driving force passed to the reducing by axis implement. The working component is composed of capstan and the vertical loosing knife, divided into two groups, by reducing gear impetus. The deep device is composed of the handle, the chain wheel and the chain link, realized by changing altitude of rack. The electric motor provides loosing force, and the rack does not drive itself. Machine driving, changing are handled under the control of manpower.In order to reduce the entire machine quality and reduce the cost, the gear box is replaced by the reducing gear. Useing self-made the vertical loosing knife, further simplified the power transmission way and the working organization. The relationship between the speed of the rack, ripping rotation rate and ripping depth, as well as the influence to working energy consumption have carried on theoretical analysis, result of definiting the electric motor power and model.On the basis of establishment plane coordinate system, the equation of motion and speed equation of knife are inferred. The intensity analysis and the optimized design to the loosing knife are carried on by the finite element analysis method, and the intensity examination to other main spare partshas is carried on. Further the parameter of movement and organization is optimized. A model machine was made according to drawing sheet, and the test result of the model machine in laboratory soil slot, indicates: The buried and broken cutting soil ability of the vertical knife has avianzed, surface is smooth, and soil volume density is moderate. Compared with rototiller, it reduces the power consumption of throwing earth.The vertical loosing knife electrically operated scarifier with light quality, low energy consumption and no-pollution, is superior in greenhouse.
