With the development of planting in the greenhouse, the development of modernagriculture was speeded up. As the late start of facility agriculture in China, low level ofmechanization of operating, most of the operating is still handed labor with greaterintensity and low efficiency. The domestic plowing machinery in greenhouse just canrotate except level, and the most use of diesel and gasoline engines as the driving forcecaused much pollution on environment. For these reasons, we designed and developed theequipment of electric transverse-rotary-level adjusting to the domestic greenhouse.Connected with the narrow space in the greenhouse, we simplified the wholeconfiguration of transverse-rotary-level, contrasted the advantages and disadvantages ofboth solutions and determined the best solution. The machine is mainly made of a DCmotor, components of transverse-rotary-level, electric putting type of leveling institutions,steering mechanism and laser measurement and control system, etc. By using the storagebattery as the DC power, power was passed to various components, realized the purpose ofleveling, self-propelled and automatic leveling the land. The components oftransverse-rotary-level realized leveling, electric putting type of leveling mechanismrealized automatically adjusting the level of the whole machine and providing walkingpower, steering mechanism realized turning, laser measurement and control systemrealized automatic leveling mechanism.To guarantee the agronomic requirements, we analyzed the forward speed ofgenerating units, tillage depth and the speed of rotary cultivator knives and other factors ofimpacting power and determined the related power parameters.The components of transverse-rotary-level and electric putting type of levelinginstitutions are the key parts of the machine. Based on the operating condition of the wholemachine operating components we did motion analysis of component oftransverse-rotary-level and determined that the component of transverse-rotary-level canachieve transverse-rotary-level reasonably. Electric pusher as a leveling of levelingcomponents which through laser signals from a signal makes the putter to adjust the lift ofthe component of transverse-rotary-level. In UG environment, we made three-dimensionsolid modeling for the component of transverse-rotary-level, made motion simulation forthe leveling system, and optimized design for the electric putter leveling mechanism.Manufactured according to the design drawings, and conducted spin trials, results showed that this equipment of electric transverse-rotary-level reached agronomicrequirements of tillage depth which was able to loosen and level the soil and levelingprecision guarantee.As battery powered DC power, pollution-free, the whole machine was organicallycombined with light, electricity, machinery, with compact structure, that can be suitable forworking in a small space greenhouse.
