| In this paper, we choose Rare and endangered the state first class protected plant Handeliodendron bodinieri in limestone mountains in the bordering between Guizhou and Guangxi as the study object, by the means of field research and laboratory analytical method, we studied the present distribution existing state of Handeliodendron bodinieri population and its endangered reason from the aspects of population ecology, reproduction ecology,physiological ecology and so on, probed into the effective restoration technology,in order to save ,restore and extent the endangered Handeliodendron bodinieri population. The results showed:The distribution pattern of population was the clustered distribution; The stone slot was primary habitat, accounted for 86%, the habitat with few soil and water could not supply the need of the plant growth, especially to the later period growth,in was more disadvantageous especially; The sprouts Proportion of Handeliodendron bodinieri population occupied 69%, seedling accounted for 31%; The distribution of population age and tree height structure were incomplete, with few seedlings sand saplings, the population was Senile.Its population quantity tends to be reduced.The Handeliodendron bodinieri had regularity of seed production with the Intermittence of a year. The integrity rates of seed was 88.05% before falling, seed vigorous reaches 83.65%.But its integrity rates from ground collection only was 3.05% after falling into grand, 81.33% seeds aere damaged by animals, 15.64% grew incompletely or rotten. The germination of the Handeliodendron bodinieri seeds percentage was 2.5% in the artificial climate-case, in seedling nursery was 32.46%; The natural regeneration of Handeliodendron bodinieri population was difficult. The Handeliodendron bodinieri seeds damaged by animals caused a great amounts loss the seeds, moreover, the hard condition of seed germinates made the difficult small from seed to seedlings, reduced the conversion between seeds and seedlings, restricted development of population. Therefore, the two aspects were the reason to cause the Handeliodendron bodinieri population to be endangered.The light compensate(Lcp)and saturated(Lsp) points of one year seedlings were 2.546μmol/m~2·s and 1808.708μmol/m~2·s.The seedlings can adopt the different light intensity. It has been found that the growth was biggest and the photosynthetic was highest with 40% light condition. The survival of seedlings at one year in the different humidity conditions had the great differences,the 50% field water content of soil was the limit to the seedlings survival. The humidity restricted the growth of seedlings and reduced the Sapling, thus restricted the development of population. Therefore, the humidity is also a reason to that cause Handeliodendron bodinieri to be endangered.According to the Handeliodendron bodinieri population existing state and endangered reasons, the effective recovery technologies were inquired as follow: (1)It is necessary to collect seeds in tree when the seeds is mature in order to avoid famage by the animals; (2)After the seeds being treated and disinfected, they should be stored with sand in outside; (3) The seeds sow on the stone-surface which cover with moss can promote the natural regeneration; (4) In spring the seedlings are cultivated in granulated substance bed; (5) With hormone process wig cutting in June~July, the effect of rootage is NAA500mg/l > NAA250mg/l > IBA500mg/l in June, in July is NAA250mg/l > NAA100mg/1 > IBA100mg/l;(6) using hormone processing layerages, the effect of rootage with processes of the identical density different hormone are NAA > NAA+IBA > IBA > ABT >compares; With Same hormone different density processes are 5000mg/l > 500mg/l > 50mg/l > comparison; These reproductive technologies have extremely important practical significance to strengthen the protection and rejuvenation of rare and endangered Handeliodendron bodinieri population. |
