Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. is a main Chinese herbal in the planting base of Northern Jiangsu Province. Studied the botanical characteristics, content of main active components with different cultivars, and the contents of total flavonoid and chlorogenic acid of different flowers blossoming degrees were compared in the planting base of Northern Jiangsu Province to select the best cultivars. Fertilizer application could affect yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. significantly. In order to study the regularity of organic fertilizers and microelements on botanical characteristics, nutrient uptake and their effects on the content of main active components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat., as well as on yield, pot and plot experiments of organic fertilizers and pot experiments of different microelement with Chrysanthmemum morifolium Ramat. were designed and conducted. The botanical characteristics and nutrient uptake were determined at seedling stage, growing stage and florescence stage. The inflorescence characters, content of main active components in flowers, leaf and stems, and yield etc at harvest period were also determined. The main conclusions are as follows:To compare the botanical characteristics, yield and active components of flowers of seven different cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium in planting base in Sheyang County, Northern Jiangsu Province. The results showed that the botanical characteristics of flowers are different among seven cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium in the planting base; the amount of single flower head is the main factor influencing on the yield of Chrysanthemum morifolium, the yield of "Hongxinju" is the highest; the content of total flavonoid and chlorogenic acid of "Changbanju " are all highest in seven cultivars. From all the aspects, in the planting base of Northern Jiangsu Province, "Hongxinju " and "Changbanju " can be extended as major cultivars with good characters of superior quality and high yield, "Hubaiju " and "Xiaohuangju " also can be cultivated at present.The contents of total flavonoid and chlorogenic acid of 4 cultivars and 4 different... |
